Bought from them before. Not a problem. Now order November and product was to arrive Jan 6. No product so followed up March and told April delivery. April came and went , no product. Followed up by email and was told to address 'ticket'. Left a message there too. May followed up with further email, addressed ticket on line, tried calling phone number...now it's June and no product , no response ...nothing. Would not recommend this company.

Mad Deal must be one of the worst companies on the net. Placed an order on the 19th of March and still waiting for delivery as of to-day the 25th of May. They never reply to any emails when you enquire about what has happened regarding the order. I feel I have been taken in so the best thing to do is avoid them.

Ordered Youbing toy for my grandson for Christmas , still have not received it. But they took the money out of my account through PayPal. Have sent numerous e.males to this company, but have had no response. This is the first and last time I will ever deal with this company. The amount of money is only small to me. But a big lose to them.k

This is not the first time I have had problems with this company.

I ordered a product July 31/15.

It is now Nov 4/15 and it still has not arrived.

Yes, there has been communication but that seems to have dried up since the end of October.

I have demanded my money back.

We shall see.

i would not recommend anything from mad deal

Have purchased two things

First one was the bug repellent wrist bands, they were nothing more than pieces of felt drenched in an awful smelling substance

The second item was a hair product that took 12 weeks to arrive and when it finally did.... The unit was damaged and electrical plug is for Europe..... I live in Canada..... Nowhere in the fine print did it say it was for Europe.... Wrote to them ..... Still waiting for a reply.....

Amazing, got a few different products from MadDeal and saved a bunch of money. One of my items had a slight issue which they promptly took care of. Will be shopping MadDeal again! MadDeal what a deal, so good I feel!

I ordered a dashboard camera from this site only to find that in trying to avoid the crash for cash scamsters I am in the hands of another organisation that robs you!

It looks like a local deal (similar to Groupon etc) but actually based in North America. Once I signed up for the deal I noticed that the expected delivery was 6-8 weeks after deal closed! So I waited. No camera.

I contacted Mad Deal. Very sorry they said, will contact merchant. Merchant says 'Arrived Heathrow' and gave me a tracking nimber. No courier, just a tracking number.

I contactec Royal Mail. Yes it got to Heathrow, call customs. I called customs. You didn't need to call us said customs, we have people on-site at Heathrow. Royal Mail gets the parcel first and we only see it if its over £15 value and we want to look at it. Your parcel isn't on our system.

Back to Royal Mail. Its not a tracked parcel, we know it arrived but no-idea where its gone. Contact the sender to make a claim, it was sent from Malaysia (!!!!).

Several e-mails later and Mad deal is now if=gnoring me completely. Moral of the story

1) DO NOT ORDER FROM MAD DEAL

2) Read the small print

3) If you have a tracking number and no courier, try Royal mail

I have told Mad Deal i will continue to post on review sites till they sort my problem out.
