It is a good site, but been going down so much so not really recommended.

it has taken more than a year for a claim to be successful. i have asked for my withdraw which takes 30 days. i dont know why it takes that long when it has already been confirmed. i have waited 37 days and still nothing. they wont respond to my tickets either. if you want to earn cashback and receive it, i suggest you use another cashback site. what poor service.

- Customer Service is a joke...they never, ever, reply to messages.

- Cashback hardly ever tracks and have had to chase every time.

- Haven't actually received any get cashback yet - isn't that the point?

- Should be renamed 'WeLoveKeepingYourCashback'.

I would recommend you use Quidco instead.

They refuse to uphold offers from partnered retailers and then cite terms and conditions which clearly don't apply as they're talking about a completely different offer. Don't count on getting what they say you'll get. Avoid.

I eventually reached the £20 payout threshold in March 2015 . On the 24th March I requested payout via Paypal . I am still waiting for payment despite submitting a ticket over a week ago and also asking the question on Facebook

I just want to warn people about problems with I Love Cashback.

I am appalled at their cashback site which is totally dishonest and misleading. Having not used them for years I was sent several promotional emails by them stating that if I made a purchase at Argos I would receive a £10 bonus. Stupidly I was hooked by this and made the purchase which tracked. However I never received the bonus £10 and thought It would be added to my account once the purchase was confirmed so waited for this. In the meantime I kept getting emails from them for other offers for a £10 bonus including one for Tesco Direct. I chanced making another purchase for the £10 bonus at Tesco and this bonus was added to my account. However I have now been told that I cannot have the original £10 Argos bonus as only one bonus transaction is allowed. This was not made clear on any of their webpages I visited and it was their company who kept sending me the emails for the other bonuses which is totally misleading advertising. It is now too late for me to cancel my Argos purchase so I have totally wasted my money for nothing. To make matters worse I have now found out that I cannot even withdraw the £10 in my account until I have £20 cashback. The other cashback sites I use such as Quidco and Topcashback have a minimum withdrawal amount of £1 or under. How an earth am I ever going to get another £10 cashback to enable me to cashout? I have now had to resort to spending more money joining a Bingo site just to try and get another £10 cashback to withdraw (and so far this has not tracked). Their customer service is totally appalling and once I have my money I will certainly never be using them again!

I've been using I Love Cashback for probably around a year or so now and I've never had any problems with anything at all. I've even received 2 cash bonuses from entering various competitions on the website.

Apart from one order with Play.com that was incorrect (which was later looked into and resolved), all of my orders have shown up and have given me cashback. I recently withdrew £124.26 from the website and it hit my bank account by the end of the week.

Overall, great website and will continue to use it.

I joined I Love Cashback after seeing their ads stating that they are giving away £10k.

Upon reading further, I found out that they were giving money back (entire order value) to the first 100 orders placed at a certain time each day – fine but maybe a little misleading.

I thought, why not give it a go as I was going to buy something anyway.

Well, it turns out I was amongst the first 100 orders and I got £99.37 back - great!

But, I was very worried about whether this was a scam and if I would ever be able to actually withdraw it. I noticed on some forums that other people were concerned too.

But yesterday, I received an email telling me that my order had been accepted by I Love Cashback, so I requested a payout and it's in my bank account already - 1 day later!

Pros: You can search for products and find the place that sells it for the lowest price and also get cashback and vouchers.

Cons: The promotion has ended so no more free orders! Some of their cashback rates aren't as high as other sites but I think using their price comparison has actually saved me more than cashback alone.

Overall: I must say, great website - will definitely use from now on as it saved me so much time and money!
