MY LATE AFTERNOON TELEPHONE CALL WAS ANSWERED SPEEDILY AND POLITELY. MY QUERY WAS ANSWERED PRECISELY. I WAS ASKED IF I WANTED TO PLACE AN ORDER BUT SAID I WOULD CALL IN THE NEXT DAY ONCE I HAD COMPLETED IT. I CALLED THE FOLLOWING MORNING AND THE SAME PERSON ANSWERED THE TELEPHONE AND WAS TOLD THAT I WAS RECOGNISED. GAVE MY ORDER, WAS TOLD THE TOTAL COST AND DELIVERY DETAIL.

THE PARCEL OF MIXED BOTTLE BAGS ARRIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF MY ORDER BEING PLACED. THE ORDER WAS ACCURATE. WHILST I APPRECIATE THE COURIER SERVICE HAD A PART TO PLAY, THE FACT THAT WBC HAD SENT IT SO QUICKLY AND TOTALLY CORRECT HAS TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED. CONGRATULATIONS.

REGRETTABLY WE ARE NOT A BIG ENOUGH COMPANY TO ORDER ON A REGULAR BASIS BUT WILL RECOMMEND WBC AND USE THEM AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY. LIKE ANOTHER REVIEWER WE ARE BASED IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE BUT 8 MILES FROM NORWICH NOT IN DEVON!!

Julian and all the staff are extremely helpful, deliveries are well packed, correctly picked and always on time (even though we are in deepest Devon!). They are a great company with an exciting range of excellent quality products at competitive prices. Their brochure and website are modern, user friendly and informative. WBC have been Wines Select's main gift packaging supplier for 10 years. Nick, Julian and the team provide excellent customer service. Always helpful and friendly. We place our orders by phone or email and deliveries always arrive the next working day. Bespoke branded items are always turned around quickly. Their brochure is brimming with gift packaging ideas.

As a new customer to WBC I been so please we their range and choice of products. Their service has been second to none and they have been able to meet all my requirements.
