item arrived THREE WEEKS after ordering & after I said I would cancel that week if still no show. Unable to contact by phone & speak to anyone, always a recording saying please leave a message. A mystery as to who is the company you are actually dealing with as Vigano eventually E-mailed a reply though I had ordered from Shopping Trolleys.Co.Uk and the delivery label said it was from a company called Doability! "Go figure" as Americans say. There was no invoice or indeed any paper work accompanying the parcel.

Delivery arrived one day later than promised for which we waited in all day.We were

at a family funeral the day it did arrive so was left with a neighbour - thank goodness they were able to take it in.

Very poor service with us doing all the chasing up.I order lots on internet and never had this problem before. Would not order from them again.
