I Have Long Wished Perfume Chance Eau Tendre By Ch
I have long wished perfume Chance Eau Tendre by Chanel For Women and it was very expensive for me I was looking for a solution how to buy it cheaply, and so I found tradeservices.org and paid them £ 62.72. The order was done 14.2/2013 and since then I have never received anything, they just kept sending me the tracking number which was unfindable further than England.
So I contacted the English post office and was told that my product was sent to a service that does not support the Czech Republic and is stacked in the post office in England and have to fill out some stupid form, which, however, must be completed by the sender.
Consignor this tradesevices.org refused to help me, refused to pay and refused to communicate, so they stealed my money and absolutely not my fault that it was sent so that it is undeliverable and refused to deal with problem. When I made order shipment in Czech was not a problem.
So since them feeleing still sorry i have no parfum and no money :-(((( and never again order anything from UK lost my trust and told many people in my country also because here this behaviour not exist!!!!!!!!!!

Early On Monday 19 August 2013 I Purchased A Nikon
Early on Monday 19 August 2013 I purchased a Nikon D3200 kit from eGlobal. They said their delivery in the UK is as good as it is in Australia, that there are no hidden charges like VAT or customs charges. It took them 3 days to get this camera out of their store, and then I was required to pay £18.77 import charges into the UK. This morning (25 August)it was still en route between Hong Kong and Gatwick airports. No indication when DHL will be able to bring it to me as tomorrow is a bank holiday in the UK. The old saying goes "Once bitten, twice ..." How true. This could have been my first purchase from eGlobal. Instead it is my last... It would have been nice if the Website gave accurate information to allow me to make an educated decision whether to buy from eGlobal or not.

Better To Burn Your Money At Least You'll Keep Warm!
Warning - don't purchase through this company. don't even bother looking at their website, because it's all a lie. I'd be surprised if you can still get in contact with them. I tried to contact them by email to track where my product was ( I purchased perfume), I did receive one email back to tell me it had been dispatched. However when it hadn't turned up after several weeks, I tried to email back again and received a bounce back email. I'm really bummed at myself for not checking reviews on this site. I have made a point to read review on anything internet now and I take heed of them. A couple of bad reviews I can live with the risk, but hundreds and hundreds - NO GO ZONE! Also if a product is too cheap compared to other legit sites you can bet there is something dodgy going on. Hope this stops you from making the mistake I made. Best Wishes!

Don't Send Any Money To These People, They Will Ri
Don't send any money to these people, they will rip you off. I ordered Hugo Boss aftershave, it seemed a reasonably good price. They tried lots of dodges and tricks to avoid shipping the goods until well after the payment was cleared.
After much pressure the goods arrived, clearly counterfeit, wrong packaging, terrible smell etc.
I put the transaction into dispute with the card provider and followed a process which ended in a full refund and a request from Trade Services to destroy the evidence.
I have now seen hundreds of postings on the internet about them, I have made formal complaints to authorities in several countries as have many other victims. Many people just give up and Trade Services keep the money.
I wish I'd read something like this before I made the purchase.

Wish I had read this before I got ripped off, they have disappeared. I must have been one of the last ones to order before they closed down.
If you follow this link to HUKD, you will find hundreds of postings about them, following the thread you will see how many people got refunded.
We pursued the cases with the relevant authorities and the website was taken down.But credit cards and banks know them now and will refund you.
yes i have also paid these people for some Benefit products and nothing has arrived 1 month later. I am not happy.

Making an on line purchase via Trade services was without a doubt the worse experience of on-line purchasing I have ever encountered.
The perfume I ordered and paid for simply never arrived.
After tracking it I learnt that it never left England [for Australia] and after countless emails back to trade services [Aria Davies...who was so incredibly disinterested & unhelpful]; also to Australia post and to Royal Mail I finally conceded defeat and had to just count my losses...money & time down the drain.
i was informed by trade services that since I hadn't insured the delivery that they had fulfilled their obligation and that was the end of the story.
Very unsatisfactory since Royal Mail tracking stated that the item was being returned to sender....win win for them...loose loose for me.
I had read of disgruntled customers before I made the mistake of ordering from them...why did ignore this??
Lesson well & truly learnt.

They do not deserve to be in business if this is the way they run the show.
They now have the audacity to send me emails of their latest "great" deals...how ridiculous!

You would have paid extra for insured post, as I did and the goods did not arrive anyway. To top it iff, they have closed down their website.wish I had read your comments before I made the purchase.
Thanks for the info, I am furious. I work so hard and the perfume was going to be a treat. Disgusting, how these people sleep at night is beyond my comprehension.
Hello, The trade services business certainly have their responses all set don't they. Funny as they told me it was because I hadn't taken insurance that they couldn't help me...for you, they just cut you off just the same. Such class...they are beyond belief. I just hope that our comments stop others from making the same mistake. On a brighter note after reading Timbo50's comment to me I did contact my bank and after only 5 days have a response from them that they have contacted the company and that I have been fully refunded. [Huge thanks Timbo50!!!!] It is not yet showing on my bank statement but I am hopeful and very grateful for the banks assistance. I hope that this is the end of a bad experience for me. Likewise...I hope your banks can do the same for you Stelvana and for you Timbo50.... don't give up.
i ordered and paid eur80 for 2 perfumes and were insured but they never arrived... i keep sending emails and they tell me they will contact royal mail... now i sent an email again and the address was removed.... shame on such people taking money
Hi Timbo50 and thank you for your comment. Interesting that the company uses Royal Mail for their postage/tracking as this certainly threw me off the scent. I can't find a relevant site for watchdog as per your suggestion via google however will follow through with a trading standards complaint. I have spoken with my bank who will now lodge a dispute enquiry with trade services. I suspect if they went out of business they would just change their business name and start again....hopefully our and others comments will stop people from giving them business. One Month Later...still Waiting!
I ordered some perfume over a month ago. I thought that I was getting a great deal, as it was cheaper than I could find anywhere else. However, I am still waiting. I have since looked at reviews of other people who have ordered perfume from Trade Services...they also said that they had to wait a lot longer than 18 business days to recieve their order and that when it arrived it was a fake. I will not be ordering from Trade Services again!!
I have had the same experience, I ordered Coco Chanel on 18 April and it still hasn't arrived. I've had an email to say it takes 18 days to ship and have emailed them again this morning. I've just had a failure notice and when I tried to phone them, the number is now unobtainable. They need reporting to Watchdog or something.

Secondly contact the Office of Fair Trading, the Trading Standards Office both here and in Bulgaria (which is where this company operates from) and also contact Watchdog.

Aww shame :( Unless you return the goods and say you are dissatisfied; eg timescale, it took too long? but dont open the cellophane over fragrance boxes if ur returning. U could try that n see how it goes,, however the risk is you will end up also paying the cost of return and then they do not refund you for the goods nor the postage... dilemma! I just kept mine coz I cdnt be bothered with the hassle, Iv came across dodgy websites before. Only other thing is if uv paid by credit card? contact ur credit card company and ask their advice... if u can be bothered, it's all hassle, that's how these companies get ppls money, sucks :(.. Terrible Experience!
I've ordered two perfumes and had no order confirmation to start with.Tried to cancel my order after 35 days of waiting but been told that could not cancel as item in transit!Over two months on, no parcel show.Contacted my bank (Halifax)as I've paid from Visa Debit (unfortunately!!)and asked for chargeback.They've put my money into my account straight away but started their investigation.Two days after the bank stepped in, surprise surprise, the white unsealed parcel arrived with just one perfume in it which was of course, FAKE! They've fowarded their delivery proof to the bank and the bank took the money away from my account now. Also asked them for refund and they wanted the proof receipt for return delivery.When I've sent them the receipt, they've rejected it, saying that is too late! Do not buy from them or you will regret it! Do not take a chance and steer well clear,or you'll be sorry like hundreds of us!Worse experience, worse company I came across!

I Have Had A Nightmare With This Company Which Is
I have had a nightmare with this company which is long winded. The long and short is the perfume they eventually sent is a totally cheap FAKE which I have had verified. They have tried to scare me off writing this but it is the truth. DON'T spend a pound with them and please help by reporting them if you have experienced a problem
Hi there - I have been ripped off too - by the sum of $237.00....never got the product and they have shut down as well.. they are likely to reappear once the money has run out and under a different name
I also have reported them for sending 2 bottles of Chanel.

Disgusting Dont Order
I ordered perfume on the 2nd March thinking great price! So trusting the site ordered well one thing i have learnt don't trust anything. Checked my bank statement and they had taken more money then what was on the invoice complained to get poor customer service can hardly speak English to say its to do with euro currency rate! What load of rubbish nothing is stated in there invoice about this its robbery! Then I paid extra for express service EXPRESS don't think so 3 weeks later get the the perfume well it's FAKE the badge has been glued on doesn't smell at all like the real deal then I have phoned to return the goods with a lady saying email complaint! WHAT they should not be allowed to trade. They need look at the consumer laws I am in my rights to get a refund! They are say it could take up 15 days! I am do annoyed I just want my money back! It's hard at the moment as it is without business like this!!! So take my advise do not order from this website!!!!!!

I Ordered Channel Perfume . This Did Not Arrive. I
I ordered Channel perfume . This did not Arrive. I was told 18 days for shipping. The perfume did arrive however they did not seem genuine. Very good copies even when you google fake perfume and compare boxes and bottle it still could pass the test. The colour is more brown in tone and when sprayed lasts not long.
Each time I phoned a London tel no to complain they would tell me they could not hear me and I would have to call later.Please don't fall for this website which looks good as you will waste your money like I did.
