I bought shoes from SUPPLYICON back in 4th of June 2015, I waited for my order to arrive and 3 weeks later I was still waiting. I wrote them an email as to why is taking so long, they responded two days later with your size is unavailable. They told me to pick another style and size, which I did. They later told me the was problems with customs and to wait more. I asked for a full refund and was told it would take 5 working days to process. It has been more than a month, I still have no refund and it is very hard to contact them. Their "live chat" is conveniently unavailable and they tell me a new excuse as to why they can't return my money. I have taken this matter to the authorities just to get my refund. SHOPPERS BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM SUPPLY ICON!!!!
