Do NOT buy from these guys. They are nothing more than a bunch that buy used watches and clean them up and sale them as new and all the rest of their items are dropped shipped which means you can get them cheaper on ebay or on the web somewhere else

I purchased a Nike Fuel band from SavingsHUB.com and after several months it began to fail. I contacted them about a replacement and was informed the date of purchase was beyond SavingsHUB guarantee period, but they would assist in obtaining an exchange with Nike. Throughout the entire return process I was kept informed by e-mail and phone calls as to the status of the return.

My first order was for a pair of Cazal sunglasses. They were too large when received and needed to be exchanged. I contacted "Von", my sales person and explained my request . He was patient, courteous and well informed on this process. Von explained the way frames are measured for proper fit and together we found a replacement pair. Hub's exchange policy is fair and prompt. No pressure to buy was ever felt. My option for refund was always open.

Return calls were made as promised.

I will purchase my next pair from Von at HUB.
