Don't Order From This Company
Purchased Thomas Kent clock online from this company. Item not received, Pay Pal payment still pending, not answering phone or replying to emails. Contacted Pay Pal who inform me that I will have to wait 28 days from date of order to get money back into my account as the order is automatically cancelled then. Purchased clock from Red Candy instead and item received promptly with no hassle unlike Pluck Point!

"lost In Transit" Twice
I highly recommend avoiding this company. The customer service is appalling, contacting them is a nightmare and getting the item you have paid for is like getting blood out of a stone. I ordered a kidkraft kitchen in November and payment was taken on the 1st of December. However despite the delivery estimate being around 14 days the item still wasn't here 3 weeks later so I phoned the helpline and was told the courier had lost it and another would be dispatched and reach me within a few days. Again nothing arrived and when I tried phoning all I got was voice mail, I have left loads of messages none of which have been answered so I started emailing instead. I had to email them multiple times to get a single reply, but eventually I was assured that the item would reach me by christmas as it was a present. The day before Christmas Eve I receive another email telling me the item has again been lost in transit and won't reach me buy christmas. The kitchen cost over £130 and if I don't get it or a refund in the next 21 days I'm contacting trading standards. I wish I'd never ordered from them, I'm not sure I will ever get the item or a refund so beware.

We ordered a kidkraft kitchen with PP over a month ago, delievery was meant to be 7-10 days! And still nothing's showed up. We finally managed to get hold of the company last week (after hours of trying) to be told another would be sent out and would be with us on Monday. It's now Wednesday and we still have nothing. It's a big lot of money to lose just before Xmas. And the kitchen was a main present for my daughter. We have emailed pp and phoned, left 3 messages and still heard nothing back!!!

dont believe their 'hassle free returns' I received a battered box that hadnt been wrapped in bubblewrap and they were rude, insisted that I bought and wrapped it in bubble wrap and carried on for so long they said it was too late to return it for a refund. Shocking customer service

Went to PP because of low price. Wish I hadn't!
Item was not what I expected (not their fault). However, the item developed a fault. After confirming that I could, I returned it at my own cost.
After a long wait found that they didn't believe that it was faulty and only agreed to repay half of the amount I paid.
Although I did manage to talk to the manager I got nowhere and was stonewalled. Despite many, many tries I cannot talk to anyone who can make a decision (if indeed I ever get past the automated response).
I am left without a vacuum cleaner and £ 150 out of pocket.
This is a hopeless and poorly run organisation who, effectively steals your money.
The price was good but you have to hope you don't have a problem or you may find you are stuck with the item.
I certainly wouldn't buy anything from them again.
Next stop - trading standards!

Purchased Igloo Maxcold 62 Island Breeze Cooler Box and got slow delivery, badly packed so damaged on arrival I contacted them by email sent them photos of damage at their request eventually was met with rude response and refusal to replace item with undamaged one only offered a refund but I wanted the item advertised in the condition and price stated and having read other reviews people who had returned items for refund had trouble getting their money back.
Have checked reviews since my purchase and discover many people have had the same rude response about their purchases.
Having written a review on Trust Pilot they placed a response to my review saying "We offered you Free of charge collection and full refund on an item, but you was after discount / compensation which we do not offer" I replied saying I did not want discount or compensation I wanted the item I paid for in perfect condition and as previous reviewers have stated they returned goods to you but had trouble getting their money back I did not want to end up with no cool box and no refund had you offered to replace the item with an undamaged one I would have accepted.
Needless to say no response from them regarding providing item as advertised.
