Sent me a faulty Sabichi twin hob that is dangerous, then refused to refund despite a tracked and signed for return from Parcel Force They cannot speak English, delaying answers to my emails until eBay closed the case. So I am £12.98 out of pocket for returning a dangerous electrical item to them. Also used up all my internet data allowance.

The service overall was good in terms of delivery but the quality of the products is not good. The kettle is so plastic and you can almost feel it melting when you heat the water. Also the kettle wire is rusting! I used it for a couple of weeks and now I bought a new one from Tesco. The toaster had a similar quality. I know I did not pay much for them but for what I paid I could have got something much much better from Tesco.

Very impressed with the service I received when I ordered my new shopping trolley. I ordered it to collect from the shop and was kept updated by email until it arrived. When I went to collect it I was impressed that I was asked for ID - I felt that my order was secure. And the best part my trolley was nearly half the price I would have paid elsewhere.
