They Were Banned From Ebay
They traded on ebay (same postal address and phone number 01225 774600 as the luckydayuk website and same contact names + postal address) until today (7 December 2011).
I bought something in mid November when they had a 99.5% ebay score, and no recent bad feedback (only 5 negative comments in the month to mid-November, which is not bad for a very high volume trader, and was the same as their long-term average). They had been trading on ebay for several years.
However, in the next 2 weeks, they got 51 negative comments (non-delivery of paid-for items), and a further 72 in the first 4 days of December. Next time I looked, ebay had no trace of their two accounts or of items that they recently had up for sale. Previously they had been trading on ebay as LuckyDayUK1 and LuckyDayUK-Shop with two ebay ID's: luckydayhl and meph25. The ebay feedback showed the same pattern for both shops: building up a good reputation / score over several years, and then suddently stopping supplying goods (after taking payment) and stopping replying to customers' emails.
Here's another thread discussing their operation on Amazon:

For my own purchase, they responded quickly (24h) to two email queries before I had paid - but then after paying, I sent more than 5 emails to them via ebay, and tried to call several times. No reponse, except for them to send me an email outside the ebay system saying - wrongly - that I still needed to pay for one of my items (also providing an external site for me to make the additional payment - the site was channeladvisor.com / chnla.com ).
