I ordered a large teddy bear, which I never received. After instructions from Aus Post to ask the seller to re-send the item and provide a new tracking number, I told Joyfay and the lady at Joyfay told me that "Australia Post was on strike" which is why I am receiving "late" delivery. I was not given another tracking number because I believe the item was not re-sent.

I then asked for a refund and never received the money. Am now lodging dispute with the bank.

After paying with a new card (only payment online I made since I got this new card), I had 4 unauthorised transactions taking over AUD $400 out of my account and I knew it could only be Joyfay because it was the only thing I used this card to purchase from. All dealings with Joyfay seemed dodgy, and lady "Yuan" who I spoke to, seemed like the only person working there..whole purchase was dodgy.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND - and I will never purchase from Joyfay again. Biggest mistake.

I paid almost $150.00 in shipping took 3 weeks and no batteries. I emailed and they say they that the batteries are in customs with no ETA. Who ships these devices without batteries!! Other kids in the area had their devices with the batteries. You call and no one answers. I am ticked...they said to send them back but the kids took them out of the boxs and cant send them back now. I should have known better.

I have placed an order off of this site, and everything was going well until I wanted to check the status of my order. I emailed them and they said they had to call me, I missed the call and instead of updating me on my order status they confirmed my shipping address and hung up. I tried calling the listed customer service number within the hours of operation, and get no answer. I tried calling back the number that called me and I got no answer. Customer service needs some improvement. Haven't received the product yet so don't know how that's gonna go.

This company is happy to take your money as soon as you order, not communicate any updates as to the status of your order, and refuse to refund your money even when the order is a month old and they still can't provide a delivery date. The person I was speaking to is in Oklahoma (Rong) they list their warehouse in Ohio, this has shadiness written all over it, I would never do business with them again!

I am working with my bank to have $600 refunded for two hover boards that have yet to be delivered and being so close to Christmas I had to go purchase them elsewhere. To further insult the matter they are currently advertising 4 to 6 day deliveries on their website for hoverboards when I ordered my hover boards on November 20 and it is now December 18 and I have yet to receive it.

Any company refuses to refund a customer money is up to no good!

I had ordered Giant teddy bear, I was told order will be delivered with in 4days but even after 10 business days I did not get my order.

Very huge! packed with vacuum, need to wait for few dasy until it fully recovered.
