Iconic store. The atmosphere is amazing. Sooo beautiful and classy place

I ordered two lots of items from Harrods online over a weekend. Payment process failed 3 times over the two transactions. When I re-input I failed to notice that my request for next day delivery had reverted to standard 3 to 5 days. I queried this first thing Monday morning as no phone service is available over a weekend but was told that it was far to difficult to change and so they couldn't do anything to help me. Very poor.

i went to buy dolce gabbana shoes and unfortunately they have only one pair of size 36. the sales staff asked me to find the other pair before i can pay. she mentioned that they don't find items for customers during sale season, fair enough but her comment is 'it could be somewhere in harrods' hello! what do you mean by that? it just seemed as though she did not want to find the shoes. she then appeared to be hiding her name badge...but for heaven's sake i'm not buying tenner shoes. i think customer service is poor compared to the old harrods...

Nice gift shame about the packaging. I would expect more from Harrods.
