Misleading Website And Customer "service"
Fioredirect's website showed two images - a brown and a black version. However, the colour choices given were "Black - Black nappa" and "Black - Veg tan", so I emailed Fioredirect and asked specifically asked about the colour before placing an order.
I got a reply saying that the colour I wanted was "Tan - veg tan", so I assumed that there was a typo on the website and that "Black - Black nappa" must be the black one and ordered the "Black - veg tan" which must be the brown one.
The bag arrived and it was of course black.
I contacted Fioredirect again and asked if they could send the correct colour and also refund me the p&p for the black bag since I specifically contacted them beforehand.
I was then told that the colour shown on the website isn't actually available and they wouldn't be refunding me p&p since it was my fault for placing the wrong order. Yes, I did place the wrong order - after seeking Fioredirect's advice!!!
There are a lot better websites (and customer service) for bags than Fioredirect, and I'll be using them instead.
