I ordered four of above glasses and asked that they be delivered to an address in Southern Ireland. I gave my phone number an was informed iI would be contacted by the courier should there be an difficulties with delivery.

I recieved a text informing me that courier had attempted to deliver my parcel but was unable to locate my address. (The Courier did not contact me re this problem. )The parcel was then taken back to England. I responded to a text I received and. explained my dilemma. The guy I spoke with was very empathic and we talked through various options. We made the decision that Royal Mail might be a better means of having parcel delivered to address in Northern Ireland. I suggested that if I was not at home time of delivery to leave parcel on my shed @'back of house. The guy I spoke with voiced concerns re the arrangement in case the parcel was stolen. So a plan we' were both happy with was that should I be out it was to be taken to Post Office and would collect / sign for ithere.

This plan worked perfectly! and on arrival , I texted the guy as promised as he claimed that he wished to follow the delivery through to the end. He was very helpful indeed

Excellent order processing speed and communication. Very fast delivery 2 days after placing order. I found this company after previously ordering the Alessi 'Doggy bookend' 2 weeks before Xmas , as an Xmas present for my sister, from Wellindal.

I heard nothing for 5 weeks & contacted Wellindal only to be told that, due to a computer error, their system had taken full payment but not processed the order. I wrote back in deep dissapointment and frustration to request the delivery date.

I was only then told that the item was out of stock.

I then had to write again to request an immediate refund. By this time I was really angry at the incompetence of Wellindal order processing systems and customer services. I finally received a refund 6 weeks after ordering the item from Wellindal and 4 weeks after Xmas. I searched the internet for the same item from a different company, found it on sale with Dream Icons, placed the order and my sister revived the Xmas present 2 days after I placed the order. I wish that I had found this company first and had never heard of Wellindal as they are such rubbish. I highly recommend ordering from Dream Icons & strongly warn customers to not to order from Wellindal

I bought a Scandiphone in March. Just before Easter a problem arose so emailed company. Easter Monday received a phone call from an extremely charming and friendly assistant. Explained my problem with phone. Said he would look into it and send me another phone. Re-rang next day, had another phone which he had personally checked and told me it worked perfectly and would be sending it out that day. I received it two days later. Did a quick check myself and it is perfect. Such a pleasure to do business with someone who really wants to help you - like a breath of fresh air. Will certainly use Dream Icons again.

I bought the two smaller Robert-Welch Arden candlesticks from Dream Icons after a thorough search of the Internet and shops in Southampton and London. Dream Icons had them in stock and at a better price than elsewhere - I even found a voucher code that gave a little extra off. When I went to checkout I discovered that I had previously bought the set of three larger Arden candlesticks from Dream Icons some years earlier. I had forgotten who I bought those from until I reached checkout so two completely independent searches returned Dream Icons as the best choice of supplier.

The only downside is that I bought a set of two candlesticks and had these been supplied, as a set, from Robert-Welch themselves there would be two candles included in the package. It appears Dream Icons are making up the set from two separate boxed candlesticks. To have bought them separately would have cost more so Dream Icons are being very fair and a couple of candles if hardly a deal breaker.

Having re-discovered the Dream Icons web site I spent quite a long time looking at all the other attractive items they have in stock. I did not see my original set of three Arden candlesticks, so they might be stopping selling them - if you want the small ones get in quick!
