I'm so disappointed at the customer service received here.

My wall print was wrapped around a flimsy foam rod, no protective tube or firm support. By the time it arrived in the UK (from China) it had been fully bent in half, with the edges crumpled beyond smoothing.

The print was not overly expensive, however the company policy is not to offer a refund or replacement. I feel when sending such a distance, correct protective wrapping is the responsibility of the sender, I purchased the print in good faith and feel completely let down.

Bedding Inn need to advise before taking payment, that no protective wrapping will be used to ship their products.

takes weeks and weeks to get your order which comes with no paperwork. you email them over and over with no response on how to return an item. Then when they finally respond its conveniently passed the time limit for a return. what a sham they have going.

Beware of multiple shipment resulting to multiple and higher total custom fee. Why cant all my orders be shipped in one package only?

I ordered 6 items. First item sent via UPS and I have to pay approx. $15 CAD custom fee. Another item came via DHL and I have to pay approx. $20 custom fee. Two more items are pending delivery, I sent an email to customer service to ship the remaining items together. I am not saving if I pay between $50 to $100 CAD for an approx. $194 CAD order.

Pls. check and clarify. I am not aware of the multiple shipment.

I especially like the price was not high but don't let that low price fool you, this is very nicely made, and high quality. I am comparing it to both a 'down' and another 'down alternative' comforter which I also own. "Down" is difficult to clean and expensive as it has to be dry-cleaned, this one is warm and cozy and light. We'll see how it holds up in the wash and dry. It also arrived quickly.

This is great! If you are looking for a Duvet insert, you should definitely get this! It is super comfortable! But I will warn you that, as other reviewers said, I do wish it had a bit more fluff!
