I have purchased for 6 years now. Products always arrive in a very reasonable time regardless of the size of the order and I love the value we receive. I usually purchase natural yarns so I am super excited to have found this company and have shared with many fellow knitters..I am in New Zealand.

I was not impressed with the service.. Misrepresentation of yarn After multiple purchases or close to 90 balls of yarn ,all I needed was a contrasting color in my order. Beware the ICE PERU ALPACA BULKY cream melange is the same color as the dark cream. There is no difference. And Cumhur of customer service will not accept responsibility for any mistakes made regarding the company's error

I have bought yarns from this company now, for about 6 years. The yarns are great quality, fabulous colours and great prices. The postage seems a bit high, but it does come a long way from turkey to the uk. Even uk postage is high nowadays. The deliveries are amazingly fast, often coming eary and the packaging is good. I have had to email them several times and they answer immediately. I find that politeness in my enquiries goes a long way to a civil reply. They have always helped with any query i have had. They yarns crochet up beautifully and i find their multicolour yarns amazing for afghans, hats and scarves. I can only say good things about this company, but then, i have only had good service. I would not like to tempt fate by asking for any trouble. But as the wise man said, politeness and understanding on both sides, leads to a better result. And ebay purchaces have a resolution centre, as well. Thankyou yarnparadispe and ice yarns, for making my yarn adventure through life, an interesting one.

I'm sorry but your yarn are suck ! I've bough fews last month and I just want to grow it out in the trash .. It hard it's nothing like yarn at all it's like buying a robs

I don't advise. The company gives fictitious tracking number which isn't traced. 2 parcels were lost. The company refused to compensate expenses. I lost the money and the yarn.

Be careful, yarns are often not as presented. Two yarns with the same name can be very different yarns. Also, often they have different color numbers for the same yarn, you may think you are getting different colors, but they are the same, if the yarns are even similar.

They did have quick delivery.

I buy from this site on a very regular basis, and have done so for over three years now and have nothing but good things to say about them. I don't actually buy my wool anywhere else now as I can't get such a good quality for the price in the UK.

Their website has got better over the years, with easier selection on the search options, i.e. weight/type of wool etc. It could still do with a bit of tweaking, but it's getting there! A 'wish list' would be really handy as I see lots of wool I'd like while browsing but don't necessarily need or want to buy at that particular time.

The wool itself is fabulous, and such a fantastic price. I buy mostly in the Tuesday promotion, because where else can you get 50g balls of wool for 16p(?!), although there is always something on promotion. The postage is fairly high, but they clearly explain this, and even with the postage added on top I usually only pay around 80p for a 50g ball, and very rarely more than £1.00. Of course there are higher priced items, but it really depends on what you are looking for.

Delivery is second to none, I order one day and it arrives via DHL the next day. You very rarely get that service even when you're buying in the UK, and these items are coming from Turkey!

So all in all one of my favourite sites ever - I would highly recommend them to anyone who is willing to listen!

Although this company is based in Turkey and the postage actually costs(usually) more than the goods it is STILL far, far cheaper than buying at UK online stores or shops! The site does give prices in GB POUNDS as well but the total price is usually given in US Dollars.

The above yarn cost $7.98 and the postage was $12.50 but the total converted to the going rate against the US dollar is ONLY ABOUT £13.50 AND THE QUALITY OF THE YARN IS SUPERB. Where in the UK can you buy yarn for that much and have such an unbelievably vast choice of type and colour?

This is the THIRD lot I have had from them and none of them could be bettered.

There are literally thousands of choices on the website and the colours are actually spot on (well, on my monitor, anyhow). Who wants to pay UK yarn prices anymore- I for one certainly do not, particularly when you can see that many well known ones are actually produced in the same place these come from -TURKEY?

DELIVERY: my first package arrived within 22 hours, from Turkey even, and the last one took about 36 hours.

There customer service is superb, monitoring of delivery is sent to you in email and you can pay by credit/debit cards or with PayPal.

THEY COME VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND ARE WELL WORTH LOOKING AT AS, I KNOW I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO THINKS UK SUPPLIERS HAVE PRICED THEMSELVES OUT OF THE MARKET.
