I've never had a problem with wonderhobby.com. Everything is always as stated in the ordering policies. Any time I had a question I was able to find my own answer by reading their web site. Will do business!

Ordered A Remote Control Boat. It Did Not Come "r

Ordered a remote control boat. It did not come "ready to run". The tip of the antennae was broken off and decals looked like they had been applied by a young child.

After one run in the pond it no longer worked.

The only refund we were offered would be the price minus a 15% "re-stocking fee" and shipping.

We hope they do not try to sell this same boat to another person.

We strongly do NOT RECOMMEND

They should state when they are selling a used boat and should offer a full refund for toys that work for one day.

Poor Customer Service. Item Out Of Stock, Delivery

Poor customer service. Item out of stock, delivery time for in stock was changed from 2 days to 4 weeks. Don't believe the "in stock" listing on their site. Don't trust them if you have a deadline, like Christmas or a birthday.

I Ordered An Rc Electric Plane For My Husband For

I ordered an RC electric plane for my husband for xmas, who flies many planes. It was defective. I sent an email explaining the situation. I received what I feel was a most ridiculous response (not a phone call as promised, just an email) stating 'The product isn't defective, just needs a new battery'. I guess this way they get out of their 30 day defective warranty although I'm not sure what gives them the right to determine it's a weak battery without even asking any questions (if they took the time to ask questions they would have learned about the inappropriate and strange sounds that were occurring). I'm very disappointed and will NEVER purchase from them again due to the customer service I have received. I have found another company that I will try from now on.

Website Easy To Navigate, I Was Finally Able To Ca

Website easy to navigate, I was finally able to cancel my order based on expression of dissatisfaction. Wonderhobby.com led me to believe items i purchased on 112808 were in stock when in fact they were not. When my UPS tracking # went 6 days with no movement passed "Billing Information Received", i contacted company by IM Live Chat yesterday....i was then told item Out Of Stock.' I think it's poor customer service not to notify customers of this change - just to leave you hanging. I substituted another item, was promised an immediate release of order. No email or corrected invoice was sent. .....i IM'd again today, and was dealing with another CSR (?) who couldn't seem to read what i was writing or answer the questions posed, nor could she cancel the order which had been already held hostage for a week. I expressed extreme dissatisfaction with the company after being told the original item was now instock after being told yesterday they would not be able to ship that item in time for xmas. I felt i was being 'strung along' with a bait and switch tactic. I was transferred to another CSR who basically allowed me to cancel the order. I also attempted to call via 800# and after being on hold in Q, was hung up on after moving up to caller 6 from 8. I do not feel this company cares to keep or foster repeat business. I will take my business elsewhere. I would not deal with this website/company or recommend this company to anyone.

followup to saga....apparently they SHIPPED the order sans the original item which was ALLEGEDLY in or out of stock...to be honest, i still don't know its exact status...and now i must wait around for UPS brown truck and REFUSE this shipment (there were another 2 items which i ALSO cancelled on friday 120508.

followup to this saga....apparently the order WASN'T cancelled as promised and now i must wait to REFUSE the UPS shipment. spent another 30mins trying to get thru to WONDERHOBBY.com after trying many of the phone numbers listed on website to either be in a neverending Q hold pattern till apparently hung up on, get a 20 mins busy signal, and once finally got thru, my problem was met with a customer service rep who didn't seem to care about my problem.

Received The The Motorcycle For My Son's Birth-day

Received the the motorcycle for my son's birth-day and did not work, I went and buy another battery and work for 15 minutes and then just stop working for no reason. I just spend $200 overall for this toy and it was very disappointing.

www.wonderhobby.com - I have been waiting for over a month since placing my order. My order hasn't even been shipped yet. I have emailed them seven times to try and find out what is going on but the only response I've had from them is what appears to be an automated response that someone will contact me within 1-2 days but no one has yet. (I say auotomated response because the message is the same every time - including the same grammatical error)

I Bought A Fly Dragon Helicopter For My Nephew For

I bought a fly dragon helicopter for my nephew for christmas. The shipping was fast. When my nephew opened the helicopter on christmas day it didnt work. He was dissapointed. I have been trying for three weeks to get ahold of someone live at the store to discuss an exchange. I have sent emails and called all customer service numbers that they have listed on website and there has been no answer. They were very quick to charge me and ship the product to me but could care less that i paid for a product that doesnt work.

Hi, I Just Bought A Zero Fighter From Wonder Hobby

Hi, I just bought a Zero Fighter from Wonder Hobby. (www.wonderhobby.com),my friend bought it from these guys, I just want to say that it kicks butt, And for the price and the fast shipping there's no way to beat it. If people don't buy the Zero Fighter and go with the other high dollar ones floating around, their crazy.

Great product, price, and it fits great even with the stock body.
