Wanted to purchase a couple of helis but needed to ask a couple of questions first. Absolutely zero response to my emails and none of their phone numbers work. If this is what their customer service is like, then thank god I never actually got to the point of buying them. I'll give my money to someone who actually cares about their business and customers because these jokers do not!!! Bullet dodged.

I don't know what the item will be like but the shopping experience was easy and although I found one marginally lower price the site looked sus.

I am writing about the Raptor 1-10th scale electric self-build off-road truggy (brushed version), which I purchased from Swift RC.

The plastic parts had manufacturing errors. It proved impossible to fit some of the parts together, despite using pliers and grease as the instructions suggest ‘might be needed’. My engineering hobby group was also been unable to achieve this, despite being experienced model builders. Swift RC went into hiding and did not respond to emails or phonecalls. I approached the manufacturer and the consumer ombudsman without success.

Very badcustermer servive. let me beleive that the order is going to be processed and after 3 weeks they canceled and refunded the payments saying that international orderes can't be processed.( had the money through pay pal). i was waiting for the car for a school project and everything got delayed. don't order from outside Uk.

Order a car, got an email to say it went through and they took a payment! I rang up after 3 days and was told it was getting dispatched the following day and I should receive an email, 2 days later I had nothing! I rung them up again and they kept declining my calls and putting them to voicemail! An hour of constantly ringing from my mobile And my house phone I finally get through to a absolute stressy person! So blunt and very useless, I asked if it has been dispatched and he had told me my card was declined when the money had already come out and I had to wait for the money to be refunded! AVOID!!!!
