I ordered some soft pastels and a couple of paintbrushes (obviously not for the pastels!) The next morning I was telephoned to be told one of the paintbrushes wasn't in stock, would I like a different one or a cancellation. Very helpful courteous staff every time (not the first time I've shopped here, won't be the last either). My order was despatched that day and Hey! this morning, 3 days after ordering, it has arrived, very well packed and protected - not easy with soft pastels - and by 2nd class royal mail too. Can't fault this supplier.
