Very pleased with item ordered. Delivered within two days. Customer service good. My only disappointment was the free registration plate. As it was a gift for my son's 18th I used the option to have the free registration plate, thinking it would be the registration on the car. However, all it is is two sticky labels with your free registration details on that I'm assuming you have to stick on the registration plates yourself but when looking the labels are twice the size of the registration plate and wouldn't fit on them anyway. They should not advertise it as a free registration plate.

I found my item. It was the last one left in stock. It was selling at the market rate, but I was unsure if I could really afford it. I made an offer, more in hope than in expectation...Minimodelshop were very generous in their response, they accepted my offer because they understand collectors and enthusiasts alike, not all have deep pockets, they recognize the customer's needs and are very accommodating.

Totally happy with the service I received from this Company. I hadn't bought from them before, but will certainly be happy to use them again. The item was accurately described, well packed, and arrived quickly. Communication was excellent too - sometimes lacking with some companies!

Does what it says on the tin, so to speak ... the package turned up on term within a few days. Actually the model was really nice for the price, with reasonable detail, opening bonnet and doors (there is no boot on a real One-77). The Mondo model doesn't have working suspension but that doesn't matter as it is for display only. The scale is quite good. The detail of the model is not down to the seller though, that's down to the makers, Mondo. Overall I'm really pleased for the price of £29 and small change and, I think this was delivered free in the UK. Excellent!
