I was looking for a candle making kit for a friend and came across the Make It Now site. I got sidetracked looking at other items! They have quite a good choice of candle making kits but when I spoke to the man he said the site's quite new and they're still adding product. I ordered online and got an immediate confirmation e-mail, and another later the same day telling me my order had been despatched. It arrived next day.

Could be more choice, some pages quite long to scroll down, some information isn't as detailed as I'd expect

Helpful on the phone, site easy to navigate, prices seem good, my order arrived really fast, good confirmation of order and despatch.
