Have been intending to visit this shop for a while now believing it to be a craft shop, so was disappointed to find a large part of the shop given over to 'Yankee Candles' and Spiritual/Healing paraphernalia. We were greeted by a woman talking loudly on the phone. We were unsure if she was the owner, manager or shop assistant and despite my Mum and I looking at specific items she seemed to be intent on continuing her loud conversation as close to us as possible and thereby effectively driving us out of the shop. This sounds far fetched but we literally could not discuss our needs as this woman insisted on following us around the shop. I appreciate her need to keep an eye on us and the shop because we were new customers, but this could have been done discreetly from her till counter. Not only did she miss a definite sale this morning but she's also guaranteed that we wont be using it in the future or recommending it to anyone else.
