We are a small boutique company in New Zealand who changed to Clio Beads from another factory and agent in Hong Kong. We typically buy $5k to $7K USD and have custom design. Our designs were made to top standard +AAAA and despite 2 Covid lockdowns and Chinese New Year, Agent communicated with us all the way. Our jewellery arrived packed in sustainable packaging (brown paper) and in chilly bins which we were super impressed with. Agent and Factory Team - thank you. I placed an order on January 19 for beads for a class that I was teaching in February. I went back onto the website several times over the next week to see the status of my order. On January 29 there was a notice on the homepage that they would be closed from January 19- February 2. I needed these beads shortly after that for a class that I was teaching. I was very angry. The time to post this message would have been well before they were going to be closed, not almost 2 weeks after. I never would have ordered from them if I had known that they would be unable to fill my order. I tried to cancel the order and have left several messages with the company. All have gone unanswered. Now, almost 4 weeks after I needed the beads I have received an email saying they bare being shipped. They have ignored my request to cancel the order and are charging me for over $100 in items that I can no longer use!

I just want to say a big thank you to the girls at cliobeads.com, i needed something special as a reward of something for myselfand this was perfect.

Cliobeads serve amazing quality goods for the price and we are now too entrenched with their goods in my online retail shops.

However, if I could find the same elsewhere I would drop them like a stone. The owners are so rude and simply do not give a fig about their customers.

They know they will keep selling because of the price, so the service side of it is not a concern at all to them. The worst supplier we have to deal with by far.

We will keep looking for a competitor on price (please send any details to admin at somethingcrafty.net) and one day we will go elsewhere.

I have a small shop dealing in some dresses. Recently, I ordered a lot of beads online and planned to do some jewelry by myself to match the dresses. I can not wait to receive my goods. Waiting …

I arrived at ClioBeads when searching for a birthday present for my sister, and I ended up buying a quality A Grade White Potato Pearls. It is a very useful online shop with good navigation and nice prices! I'm going to buy some jewelry for myself from there.
