Horrendous Place!!!
I was complaining about non shipped items and they came with some crazy emails. Please read:

I, if that pleases me, can release partial or complete information and content of each one of the emails that we exchanged. I reviewed the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, 18 USC Sections 2510-2521, I even went further and read section 2522, and I learned that nothing precludes me from sending, distributing, sharing or making these emails available for knowledge or entertainment of readers. The Electronic Communications Privacy Act 18 USC Sections 2510-252 protects citizens from:" intentional intercepts, endeavors to intercept, or procures any person to intercept or endeavor to intercept, any wire, oral, or electronic communications," These emails were not intercepted by anyone, they were sent to me, soooooooooo if you see resemblance or identical copies of these emails anywhere, don't be surprised.

Sticking to an abusive contract does not mean that you are right! It could be legal, but not right!!! Maybe the customers just proceed with the order without reading, believing the seller was acting in good faith.
Anyway, I cannot speak for others, but I PERSONALLY NEVER TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION and If you really want to know what it really bugs me is your obnoxious, ironic and sarcastic attitude towards ME "the customer". You should remember that WE "the customers" are keeping your business alive.
And if you have problems with society, you should remember our society is very much the same since ancient times, it is a mixture of good and bad things, and what counts is your attitude towards life. If you cannot handle this, it is time to go to a shrink.

They are complaints from people raised in a morally bankrupt society. One where people raise their children to believe that nothing is their fault. In every case WE performed to the terms of the sales contract. In every case the customer was attempting to extort us into providing goods or services which were not contracted for and paid for.
Again, there is a purchasing contract that governs the actions of both parties. And in every case WE have performed to the standards of the sales contract. There has never been a case where the customer was not billed according to the sales contract, not a case where a customer did not receive a service that they contracted and paid for.

Can't Trust Artbloc Anymore
Few weeks ago i have ordered Canvas rolls and frames for my art gallery. I am very disappointed with the product as the quality of frame and rolls are very bad and that too at higher price. I can't trust Art bloc anymore.

I've never had a problem with artbloc. They have high quality items and everything is always exactly as stated in the ordering policies. Will do business!

Artbloc Are Absolutely Useless. I Bought Some Canv
Artbloc are absolutely useless. I bought some canvas bars for making canvas prints online. First they sent me all the wrong stock. Then they sent stock that didn't fit. Then they took ages to refund. They are one of the only suppliers so people put up with them but i would not use again. I have heard lots of people are unhappy with them too. All of the products come from China and are not checked when they get here. You often get stretcher bars that are patched together with clay that falls out or canvas rolls with dirty finger marks all over them. My worst experience was when i first bought from them on ebay. The frames were all warped. When i complained i was told that these were cheap products and what did i expect. Buy from them if you want to risk it. Don't buy if you want to be able to get some sort of resolve. If things go wrong then forget it. I have not used artbloc for a few months now. I will never use again.
