Do not buy from these guys 

I tried to buy some equipment from them and they tried twice to pass off used or refurbished equipment as new.

If you do buy from them please inspect your equipment carefully! They go to a lot of trouble to pass off used or refurbished as new equipment, imitating factory stickers, double-labelling serial labels, etc. Always double check with the OEM!

I recently had a great customer service experience with Zeriva.com. I was in need of some switches for my companies environment and needed some assistance in making sure that I had picked out the right ones for our environment, so when visiting Zeriva's website, I clicked on the Chat feature they offered and was greeted by a representative from the company that offered to assist me. The rep spent as much time as I needed to feel comfortable that I was getting the right product. The rep informed me that the products shipped ground from Zeriva.com would be shipped free, that they had a 15 day no hassle return if I needed it and that the product was covered by a Forever Warranty! The rep was extremely helpful and made sure that informed about all that they had to offer. The product was delivered when I was told it would, the product looked great and the rep that I have been talking about this whole time even called to ensure that I was happy with the purchase.
