Not only is this company completely useless, instead of correcting an order they simply refunded it and told me to go away. Unbelievable!

They have no customer service, cannot handle even simple questions and in general is a waste of time. I have wasted 48hrs dealing with this company and will never do business with them again, EVER.

Please refrain from purchasing from this retailer, they purchase cards of questionable quality, have a poor customer relations department and try to use semantics when dealing with customer return requests.

The majority of their high end stock is made by XFX, a very poor quality manufacturer which at the best of times is only equal to a reference GPU card. They refuse to accept that a returned product is clearly damaged and also try to make it seem like a working product that can only be partially refunded upon.

Very seedy company and not one I would ever use again or recommend to anyone I like.

Absolutely chronic & useless company orderd a xfx hd 6970 for £266.00 i got it opened it some second hand old dirty 6970 in a brand new box after emails i had to send back at my expence £ 9 pound odd they had it for a week then sent out a new one and refused to reimbursed my postage i mist van driver as he never gave me chance to open the door had to get taxi to the main depo & back £20.00 never again will i buy or let anyone buy of them ill go to scan computers in future think your saveing a few pound your not they whernt even suprized when i told them over the phone i'd recived a what lookt like 2yr old card it was grimey but in a brand new box ? must have been hopeing i was blind

I ordered a card that turned out to be faulty. I returned it to the videocard shop who gave me a full refund. I then purchased a 4870 512 mb card off them and it works great. They will always pick up the phone to answer any queries you have very efficently. The pricing is the best you will find around for videocards of these spec.

videocardshop offer the best products at unbelievable prices,in fact i feel as though im giving away a good contact that i should keep quiet about,ive bought 5 nvidia gpus off them all at really cheap prices,top company and excellent customar service

I ordered an XFX 4890, the one they sent was faulty, I contacted them and as I could not be without a GPU, they said they would sell me another and send the RMA info for the first with it for me to obtain a refund. Fine. Except the second card they sold me was a second, it had dust inside and scratches where screws had been used to attach it in a case. When I rang to discuss this and the fact they had not sent the RMA information as promised, they tried to tell me it was meant to be a second hand item. I said that the website did not say it was second hand and the price was average of this model of card for brand new. They begrudginly agreed to send me RMA info for both cards. No hint of an appology though. I will not buy off them again.

Got an XFX GTX 280 just under a week ago from the videocardshop.co.uk and the card arrived the very next day. Not only this but it was nearly half the price of some others on google shopping (where I found it). I would well recommend them to anyone. Thanks.

I just reviewed my 8800GTX I bought from the Videocardshop, so I thought I would review the website too. I came across them through Google and saw how cheap they were so thought Id go with them. The purchase was quick and easy, and it was delivered on time. Impressive, two thumbs up from me!
