A few different companies tried to fix my computer which had a particularly nasty virus but these guys came up trumps. They even put Linux on an old computer which I thought was scrap and now the kids use it.

Friendly, knowledgable and most of all, - they got the job/s done and for a very reasonable price. They explained what they needed to do and how long it would take if suspected problem A was the cause, but also warned me or scenario B so I felt fully 'in the picture'. - priceless for a technophobe like me.
