Vadim was another company that I found through Custom PC magazine, and have used for the first time. Although they were not the cheapest, they were the only site to have what I needed AND in stock - I must have searched through 20 sites! The web site was easy to use and well laid out, so I was able to filter down to what I required very quickly. The Checkout was easy to use, and I received regular email updates at each stage of the packing/delivery process. The system also provided a direct link to the CityLink web site to track the progress of my parcel.

Overall, I was very pleased with the company and the customer service (phone and email), as they were very helpful and responsive.
