I paid for software to be downloaded over the Internet , while trying to download the site page constantly timed out so I was unable to complete my download ! I contacted the help desk over 4 times but did not get any response at all ! Also any of the site pages that were accessible before are now unable to be opened and a 404 error message gets displayed when trying to open a page ! I would say if your download goes smooth , then great .! But if for any reason you have any problems then its bad luck to YOU ! because you get blocked from their sites any emails will not be answered ! I was also blocked before I even had a chance to complain !! There must be better companies selling the same software so look them up !

El amable personal respondi a mis proplem no se preocupe, pero aqu hay datos de contacto que he encontrado en grito en el caso de que alguien quiere que .. Yo lo recomiendo COMPMNAY. Se debe considerar la posibilidad de su informaci n de contacto en cada sitio web

Well i could not get my dic to work at all so i used the helpdesk (which was hard to find) but once there everythign was addressed for me right away. Within a few min i was given another bit of software (free) that found my missing drivers that the disc was lacking. I thought this was very imprerssive as muy machine was an emachies all in one touch creen PC! I did not think there woudl be a hope of getting this working correctly.. so thanks alot viki (customer service rep)who was a joy to talk to.

My disk was a download?? this did surprise me but everything went to plan and it worked fine thank you very much for the service

I had spent several hours looking for HP a 6213.fr XP, on the web, and didn't manage to find the matching drivers...

I paid and download but got a different version (a6200) which didn't work!

Then I was afraid of long mail exchanges with support dept, but they asked me within one hour (at eleven o'clock in France) to try (free) their automate.

I got my full solution, and I'm fully satisfied with their helpdesk and their product!

I strongly recommend this company :-))

No he tenido problemas en absoluto con el usuario gu as? Soy espa ol y he recibido mi disco en tres d as! El disco funcion bien y todos mis conductores parecen trabajar con un problema.

normally i might recommend user-guides but it took a month of e-mails to get the disk i ordered they do not respond to your e-mail it took several. they send your disk though royal mail which you cannot talk to a person or properly e-mail kind of a racket. user-guide sent me this disk with signature setup that means you have to be there when it arrives i think mine was sent back but i have no proof.anyway i finally got this disk it does not work as they say they did not send instructions on how to use it and it took more e-mails to get instructions from them. at present my laptop still does not work. may be i need there other fix i don't know but they are almost impossible to e-mail if you have problems. i think they may have stuff that works but what you have to go threw. buyer beware! they need to offer a dvd how-to that people could follow it would save confusion.

I amm very satisfied with the prompt rely from the website and can honestly say I am more than pleased with the service

Dislike wished I had found them sooner on the web

I could not find their address and contact details on their website as i had to call them. Friendly staff answered my proplem no worries but here is there contact details that i found on yell in case anybody want them.. I DO RECCOMEND THIS COMPMNAY. They should consider putting their contact information on each website
