AVOID this company like the plague indeed. I purchased a computer from them earlier in january 2011, and still waiting for a delivery (march...). Delivery in 12 days, uh? Well, after many postponing excuses (GPU late, staff shortage, mobo faulty,...), they simply stopped to talk to me. I mean at all, no emails, no nothing. I asked for a refund but I am not even sure somebody actually read the mail. I guess I will have go into trial, bailifs and so on, but it's an already lost case since many people have taken the hassle to go to court and ended up with nothing but more expenses.

What appal me really is that they can still take orders. The PC advisor forum (http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/forums/index.cfm?action=showthread&threadid=369007&forumid=2&sr=361) obviously show that there is something absolutly WRONG with them, but justice won't do much cause the complaignants are scattered, unorganised (how could they possibly be organised), and the money taken from each is close to negligible...

AVOID!

Avoid this company like you would the plague. Rather than "re-invent the wheel", I would suggets that you type their name into google and follow links to Computer discussion forums like PC Advisor..you will discover a very similar picture of money being taken from many gullible people like myself, and goods not delivered even after months...don't just take my word for it..explore. Their website is fantastic as is their advice when they know you are a potential buyer...After you pay the money upfront, you cannot contact them by phone (answer phone only). e-mail usually results in a response designed to get you out of the 7 day period where you can ask for your money back. After that your e-mails don't get a response either.

After been recommended by a friend whos just recieved there PC from thepcogroup i purchased a family PC (mainly for the kids)

PC was delivered after around 15 days, works perfect and is really fast compared to our last white elephant!!

These guys really know how to build a good PC would recommend to all.
