Ordered an item and had to call 3 times over 1 month and still did not get a delivery. Was told I was going to be refunded yet no refund after 1 further month. They had forgotten !

Took a further phone call to eventually get a refund.

Avoid !

I used cryshop.co.uk to buy two items some time ago, and paid for delivery (£7) to have the items sent within 2-5 days.

5 days passed. A week passed. Two weeks passed. Several emails went unanswered, as did their phone. Thankfully I paid via Paypal so was able to raise a claim, which of course they didn't respond to, but then half of my order arrived (just in the retail box with a DHL sticker on it). But not the rest of it, and still I had no communication from them. Eventually had a partial refund from Paypal for the items that didn't arrive, a month after they should have arrived.

The level of communication suggests the site has been abandoned, but as they eventually (3 weeks later) sent half of my order, this can't be the case. I've never dealt with such an ignorant company. It genuinely amazes me how anyone can ignore so many (polite) emails and phone calls, as well as a Paypal claim, without so much as a word in reply.

The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, nice enough website and the prices are attractive (apart from £7 delivery for a 3 week wait) but I don't imagine I'll be using them again.
