purchased item on the 14 jan 2013 they advised it was despached on the tuesday, it was not despached until the wednesday the tracking number did not work as it was despached via royal mail. its now over a week later and im still waiting for it, i have emailed www.thecoolingshop.com several times and am not getting a straight answer. customer serv terrible

Long story - so I'll keep it brief. My NVIDIA GeForce 7800GT graphics - was going mad - I'm a MAC Quad - last of a breed. No replacement card could be found except - re-conditioned inferior cards circa £300-£500. The fan was the failing component - and replacing it was the best option. Trying to get an item - for a card >6 years old - major headache. Also - all replacement graphics cards for Apple Quad G5's - out of production. 4 weeks I researched to get a solution - and every time I found 1 - no stock held. Bingo - TheCoolingShop.com - had an Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer Accelero X1 - that would fit my card. I ordered, paid, 3 days - delivered in pristine condition - no fuss and no histrionics - 5*. Then - because of my computer - last of the Apple Quads - all the schematics and instructions suited PC owners. Not only did this company - deliver and on time - but they actually took the time ( t u Andrew ) to explain and guide me how this cooler should be installed - and links to - "how to do it". I cannot praise this company enough - for a £9 item - they have saved me hundreds of £'s - possibly even to scrap my computer.......... the Apple route would have been £400-£600 pounds - with a re-conditioned card or components - inferior to the card I have- with no guarantees. PC OWNERS U R BLESSED IN HARDWARE - JUST MAYBE NOT IN S/W.

I have only ever given a company a 5* rating in the past - and I have to say - that The Cooling Shop is - now number one.

I bought this cooler from thecoolingshop.com because of the value for money but i was a little hestitant as there were no reviews for the site. i was very pleasantly surprised when the cooler arrived 2 days after buying. i wanted to leave this review so that others could buy with confidence. hope you're as happy with your purchases from them as i am with mine.
