Avoid

Avoid! Same as other reviewers, ordered 3 Norton licenses and now none of them are working and my product keys are in use by another customer. May seem okay at fist but after a few weeks I lost all my licenses. Emailed Tech Traders on numerous occassions only to be ignored. You don't get the CD sent to you they just email you the prodcut key already registered to a random email address so you can't raise a help call to Norton as you won't know the password. Don't waste your money!

Don't Go Near This Outfit

I would give this no stars at all, but the system won't let me. Same outcome as the previous victim. My product key had already been used. It's evidently being sold on to other people. Can't find their website on the internet any more, either. Don't touch this company with a barge pole.

Norton Internet Security

Do Not use Tech Traders UK. My Norton product was due for renewal, but they wanted £60 so I shopped around and found several companies offering this product for around £15. Tech Traders sounded good so I went ahead for the purchase. They responded with the key as promised, but when I tried to validate it I received a message stating I had exceeded the numbers of users allowed. I emailed them with the problem and got no response. I contacted Norton who politely told me I had been ripped off. Needless to say several more emails to Tech Traders have gone unanswered. Do not use them.

Norton Internet Security 2013

Ordered 3 copies of Norton Internet Security 2013 from Tech Traders UK and when I tried to activate using the key codes emailed, I got the 'you've exceeded the amount of times you can use this key' statement. Tried contacting Tech Traders without any luck. In the end spoke to Symantec, who informed me the keys I had were already in use by another user and that I was stuffed!! Had to buy retail copies in the end. Do yourself a favour and buy from PC World. It's cheaper.

Good Purchase, Good Price

My Norton Internet was up for renewal and I thought it was to expensive. I searched for a better deal and was pleased with the price Tech Traders quoted. I would recommend to family and friends.

Norton 360

Was up for a renewal with my current Norton product.

Both Norton and other web sites quoted me twice as much for the same product from Tech Traders.

Very happy with the purchase, good service.

Nothing bad to report.

Emailed them after a minor glitch with the initial license key they sent and got a response literally within minutes. They sent a new key straight away and now everything cooking on gas! By far the best price on the Internet and with the service to match, what's not to like.

Great Service

Purchased Norton Antivirus 2013 from TechTraders as it was the cheapest on the net.

Had a slight glitch with the license key but a simple e-mail to them and it was sorted out very quickly - great service!

Great Price Great Service

Norton had expired and charged me £65 without asking me. I soon got a refund.

Shopped around and found TechTradersUK, was a bit suspicous at first however I still purchased Norton 360 (£19.for 1 year cover on 3 PC's) in the evening on Tuesday the 3rd September. I recieved order confirmation however straight away but no link to the download.

I emailed them the next morning, advising that I have not received the link. They promplty replied with an email containing simple instructions and a link to the download from Norton's site. Within 20 mins it was installed and I was protected for 371 days.

Great price and service.
