Excellent Price, Quality & Service
I have always been very impressed with Tech House, but this week I virtually ran to them from Currys/PC World (with whom I had a warrantee) because it was safer, cheaper and more convenient to pay Tech House than hold Currys to their Contract.
Tech House treated my data as if it was precious, it was all complete within 24 hours and the price was amazing. Friendly and considerate staff who kept me informed at all times. Why would anybody use the chain stores when they can support a brilliant local business like this?

Courteous, professional, speedy. Replaced hard drive at very reasonable rate within 48 hours. Seem to have managed recovery of all my data. Didn't bewilder with techno-speak. Good old-fashioned service. Have already recommended to friends. I shall certainly be using Tech House for any future computer related issues. A great find.

very helpful, and very quick. Sorted out my poorly performing computer, saving all my files and emails. Gave clear explanations of what they had done. Installed new software, and answered my queries about it by return of email.Very capable at communicating with someone who has little technical expertise. Friendly and not patronising, unlike many IT specialists.

I have used the services on my Laptop from Tech House (Abico Computers) on 2 occasions and I must say I find then very efficient, helpful and friendly, and at really good rates for what they charge for their services, as I recently I took my laptop in for a service and not only did (name removed) call me to give me options on what I could have done to resolve the problem, they actually got the work done in a day where as when I have taken it back to the retailer it took them over a week.

Great Place If You Need Anything!
Tech house are very friendly and try to be clear and helpful even if you are not a 'techno'.
They fixed a netbook screen problem quickly and at a good value.
They advised me along the way on ways to update my various PC and TV systems but were never ever pushy.
I would recommend them to anyone in the South East!
