£1655.98 lost since May - 3 months waiting - then to be emailed they cannot get the goods.

They issue a refund that then gets canceled - they never answer phones - or emails.

Have now had to put a claim into my credit card company as the paypal account only covers 45 days.

Not knowing much about computing i contacted taylor made computers after being reffered to them from a friend. i didnt know what i wanted so i gave them a ring and spoke to person at taylor made computers, i was recommended a system by them that only cost a small amount. compared to what i was looking to spend at a highstreet retailers. I went away and spoke to a friend about the system they offered me and was given the green light i placed an order and 3 days later a system arrived i was told that it could take between 3 to 5 working days so to actually get it on day 3 i was amazed.

the computer works brilliantly and have had no bother with it at all compared to me old dell machine. i have reffered many of my friends and work collegues to taylor made computers and everyone else is the same, not one problem.

there customer service was next to none and were always a pleasure to speak to. the only problem i found was on the phone they are hard to get hold of but they rang me back i dont know if they do this with every missed call.

I useually buy from the biggest online retailers, but was looking for a new nvidia gtx 670 without paying a hefty mark up because of demand. took a chance on this small company. They had the model I wanted in stock for a great price and delivered next day. I also contacted seller for progress on item dispatch and got a quick reply from business owner.
