I've used their services twice. Both time, they removed the virus and got my old PC up and running better and faster than before. We had a virus that disabled our computer. They had to install a new operating system and were able to re-install files that we had on a backup and what they could recover from the hard drive. We were very satisfied with their proficiency and the cost of the service. I would definitely take any computer problems/issues to them again. A lot more satisfied with them then I've been with Best Buy's Geek Squad!
