I ordered a motherboard from them on the 15th of Dec 2020 and was told this would be in by the 3rd week of Jan. I told them to go ahead. They took the MONEY!!!!

In the third week of Jan I got in touch with them to ask if there was any info. Was told would be in soon.

To cut a Long and frustrating story short ON the 2nd of Feb. They after avoiding me. Server Factory finally admitted they had no stock and had no idea when they would have it. I then told them I need the board at this point and would try to purchase elsewhere. I ordered the board from newegg and it was dispatched the following day. It took 5 days to get to me! Not almost 2 months! They promised a refund on the 3rd of Feb and would take 3-5 days. I was completely courteous during our transactions and the only time they contacted me after they took my money was to tell me they would give me a refund. Which as of the 10th of Feb I am still waiting!.

!!!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS

No contact for weeks, can get through by phone. God only know where my order is.

This was the first time I'd used this company. It was recommended to me by a consultant we had in the business at the time.

I was a little dubious about the fact I couldn't pay by credit card online, but a call to their office allowed me to do this by paying a fee, which considering the prices are so low seemed reasonable. It's a shame this wasn't made clearer on the website, as that would have reassured me a little more before I placed the order. Hence the reason for only 4 stars on that bit.

The service was first class, ordered and paid by card on Tuesday morning and the system was delivered Thursday first thing. I would definitely use this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them for their service and professionalism.

We have bought from Server Factory three times now with multiple servers in each order. Their communication is excellent, the prices are second to none. We will be going back to them for more machines shortly!

I am, so far, impressed with Server Factory. Before using them I did some research and found that they were a fairly new company without much being said about them on the internet, so I felt slightly nervous about placing a £1500 server order with them.

However, none of my normal suppliers offered what I was looking for and their prices were good enough to make buying the components and assembling the server myself unattractive.

In the end there was nothing to worry about. Their service was very good and I got what I needed for a competitive price. Their communication throughout the process was exemplary. The only niggle with the process was that payment was via bank transfer as they don't take credit cards. This is a reasonable policy, but can delay the process a bit if your finance department decide to go on holiday for a few days.

So all-in-all, if you're researching this company before deciding to buy from them, I can vouch that they do indeed offer what they claim to.

found the website from google, straight in to the product, price was great details etc and saw it was in stock to purchase immediately, order placed and all done in minutes, excellent.

Today I came across this site and I bought Supermicro 1U 5017R-MT(R)F Xeon E5 4bay server

They have great prices the best I found on the net, I understand they are somewhat new in business so good luck guys and thanks again :O)

I'd no previous experience of ServerFactory before this purchase.

I was stuck with a broken port on an existing Adaptec 5085 Controller and not wishing to replace with the same older Controller was looking for an 6445. None of my normal suppliers had any stock and several had no idea when they would have stock.

WWW to the rescue and I found ServerFactory, they sourced the Controller and delivered in 3 working days could not wish for better service.

Phone and email correspondence were both speedy and technically aware

Can't give them 5 stars as they were about 12% more expensive than the cheapest but I'd be happy to pay the premium again for availability and good service

I recently ordered Supermicro E3 server from Server Factory. I had no previous connection or experience with this company. Ordered last Wednesday evening the goods arrived on Friday and I was kept informed as to the progress of my order by email.

I received first class service in every way and would not hesitate to recommend this company to colleagues and friends.
