I ordered my system over the internet. had a few concerns prior to ordering as Relli Computers seemed like a rather small company. Felt better once I had picked up the phone and spoken to someone there. The salesperson was helpful and professional so after playing around with the specifacation some more on their fairly good configuration page, I sent off my order. Had a phone call a few hours later confirming what I had ordered. System arrived within stated times. Started first time, straight into windows (no annoying forms to till in, this was a first for me). The following day they rang me again to make sure I was happy with my purchase. very good customer service. enjoyable experience.
