Truly Exceptional Customer Service
For a while I had suffered several faults with my PC, through no fault of RCS, but my PC was still under warranty; so I decided to get in touch with them. After explaining the nature of my problems via e-mail, I had an almost instant response. I was given a large amount of potential solutions - which I tried, to no avail.
I continued to discuss with RCS, and every e-mail I received was full of helpful information, which was easy to follow. After many attempts, I sent the PC back to them, which was very easy thanks to their organisation of collection.
After thorough testing, they discovered the problem, which was rectified quickly and simply. The PC was returned to me free of charge - better than it had ever been!
A truly exceptional example of great customer service, I am so glad I purchased from this customer-committed company.
Thankyou RCS.

Love My Pc!
Ordered my PC just after Xmas to avoid any possible delays. PC came really quickly and the email support is excellent. The PC itself is great for what I need it for, the R7 370 is a very under rated card.
They mainly use AsRock motherboards and I know they are pretty decent anyway so Im not expecting any problems with the PCs reliability.
Would deffo recommend. :D

Ordered a RCS Dragon gaming PC with Linux pre installed. PC arrived on time and works perfectly. Chose linux because ive never used it before, it seems pretty fast and good for web browsing and stuff. Not easy to learn the installation methods for software and stuff, quite a high learning curve! Decided to install Windows 7 instead and the PC works great with all my games at 1080p. The price was pretty good too and the PC came with a 2 year warranty so I cant complain. Worth a look if your after a new PC.

Decent Pc, Decent Company
Never really heard of RAM Computer Systems until my friend mentioned them to me a few months ago.
I ordered a RCS Razor II gaming PC from them.
It came within the 10 working day delivery time as stated and I haven't had any problems with the PC since ive had it over the past month or so.
The website could be a little better but you can easily browse the options and the customizer bit is pretty nifty.
The best part about this company is the customer service, I emailed a few times to ask about delivery and what kind of game settings i expected to be able to play at; they replied within a two hours of my emails and even replied at 7pm at night for one of them!
There are cheaper PC companies out there, but i dont mind paying that little bit extra to get the kind of customer service that these guys offer.
Oh, one thing to note, they are online only, so all customer service is via email - Theres no phone number to ring but when they answer as quickly as they did for me it's not really an issue.

One Or Two Blips [amd X8 Gaming Pc]
The PC reached before christmas as advertised, and has so far functioned perfectly as intended. My only problems with the PC is the lack of GOOD cable management and the fact my 3.5Ghz processor was underclocked to 2.9Ghz due to the insufficient PSU installed on the machine. I'm going to upgrade myself and while doing so sort the cables out, but for a PC that was only bought because I couldn't be bothered to build one myself I think it was very good for the money compared to other manufacturers.
My PC was the X8 AMD build on their website, which either due to an error by them, or due to a typo on their website, actually had a processor that was more powerful than the one I thought I was getting, which was a nice surprise.
The support is very good, as long as you Email (They're not on the instant messaging service which I have concluded after a few attempts at contacting them through it) and they even took the time to reply during the Christmas holidays! They'll be happy to discuss any problems with your product, and will supply details of any PC you're thinking of buying in more detail than on the site.
As for why I won't recommend: Prebuilt PC manufacturer.
That isn't a bad thing by any respects, but be warned that any PC you but from ANY site will be either well-priced by underpowered/over-advertised to trick you into thinking it's good performance or overly expensive for the performance and build quality. RCS are a good middle ground, but I would tell anyone who THINKS they can build a PC, even if they're not too sure about it, they should do that instead of investing in any PC manufacturer. The PC will be cheaper, faster, and you'll have more pride in building it yourself than buying the full package (plus it's not that hard if you're careful and follow any tutorials you see very carefully). If you don't want to risk building a PC yourself and you're willing and understand that a prebuilt PC will be more expensive for the performance, then get an RCS PC.
Notes for RCS guys:
* Make sure the site is up to date- My PC turned out to be more powerful than advertised (could earn you some more customers!)
* Paypal support might be something to invest in (Nochex or whatever service that was used is safe and secure, but a majority of people use PayPal and wouldn't like to set up a new account just to buy one product)
* If possible, make sure the cable management is up to scratch. The cables aren't blocking air flow or anything, but it's still fairly messy and lacks the quality that I've seen in the rest of the build.
Thanks!

Wow, Overlooked Excellence.
My 8 year old pc was on its last legs and I was looking into buying a decent spec tower as it was long overdue to catch up to the current gen games, I was very apprehensive about buying online as I have heard too many horror stories(my brother is going through an ordeal with a company I nearly opted to use right now).
I was unhappy playing it safe with Argos with their overpriced underwhelming spec for the price towers, I chose local so I could chase down anyone who tried a fast one on me with a village of burning torch wielders.
I looked into ramcomputersystems.co.uk in Leeds after a friends recommendation and had little to go on except his recommendation and what the website offered and promised, with minimal reviews to go on I was a bit paranoid to take the plung but my friend seemed insistent to get over my anxiety of trusting someone online.
I placed my order and was met with frequent contact by a gentleman named Andy, everything was double checked, that I was happy with my order and if there was any last minute changes, he made sure I had emails containing all the receipts and kept me up to speed with the progress of my order.
The tower was with me in less than a week for a mere £5 delivery charge, it was all pristine brand new carefully boxed and great care taken with the build, I was given all the paperwork and warranty information and shown the inside of the tower contained all the parts I chose and they was good reliable makes all brand spanking new and that the wires where all neatly and safely tucked and tied carefully and not butting against anything.
Andy who was also the gentleman I had been in contact with throughout placing the order installed it all and sat with me as I tested everything to ensure I was satisfied that everything was as it should be.
He included some essential tools to get me started, gave me the details of how to contact them should anything go wrong or if I had any questions or even just general help understanding anything either hardware or software, He double checked I was happy with everything and left me to play with my new tower.
My pc has been working fantastic with no issues at all except one minor issue of a fan that emitted a mild rattling sound and he came and replaced it immediately, it wasn't any fault of his it was merely a bearing that made a gentle rattle(I'm fussy like that) but he was happy to replace it with a fancy blue LED fan and made sure everything else was OK and also that I was happy with my purchase and not to shy away from contacting over anything I may consider trivial because he wants 100% happy customers and he would rather anything I considered silly and trivial be dealt with as it may progress to a larger problem if I shied away from contacting them.
He was very thorough with checking my tower was in good order, he checked my temperatures and even recommended some free software related to something I was working on that I spoke about in general chit chat as he gave my PC the once over which saved me a hefty price tag.
Overall very friendly, very thorough, very professional and I can't believe Ram Computer Systems isn't a name bouncing around much more than it is while other businesses are praised while giving shoddy workmanship, bad communications and a price tag that doesn't reflect the finished build, this is what happens I guess, the big companies overshadow the little guys whom have genuine intent, but that's the same as every business, like the family owned cafe crushed by McDonalds...but I digress.
I'm glad I made the right decision unlike my brother who is out of pocket, left without a pc and being messed about with, I am glad I took my friends advice to ignore the fake reviews for the bigger sites and used this company instead.
I am confident should I have any issues they will be dealt with as a minor fan rattle was treat with just the same importance as if it was a major issue which really sets my mind at ease.
Anyway I have said enough, this was a genuine review unlike certain other companies that self promote which is why RCS has only 4 genuine reviews instead of 400 under fake names.
It has been two month since my purchase but I like to leave some time to be certain before jumping the gun to leave feedback but I am confident that the next two years under the warranty will be met with the same professionalism and satisfactory result of any issues I may have and should anything happen beyond the warranty I am happy to have RCS deal with any repair issues as I know now from experience they will deal with me with a friendly professional attitude and a satisfactory outcome.
I'm rambling on as usual but In all, Brilliant and trustworthy, I recommend ram computer systems without hesitation, my brother wished he chose them too.
Although it is a pleasure to meet you in person I am confident the quality of this pc build will mean it is unlikely we will meet again but that's a good thing I guess lol.
Thanks again. :)
Mr T. Render
PS: My review only contains 4 stars for the website quality, this isn't down to any fault of Ram computer systems as such as the website is designed and works as good as any, I put this down to lack of exposure and being a little hard to find amongst the other companies who have lots of reviews and more advertising, but using spending all the focus in advertising, self promoting with fake reviews and making a site full of eye candy and gimmicks instead of delivering quality and good customer service...well, I know which I prefer.
