I purchased from this company largely on the strength of the customer service reviews that I'd read and I was not disappointed!

The system I ordered was built and delivered well in advance of the stated lead time. There was a problem with the original configuration that I ordered (my fault) and they contacted me to sort it out very quickly. They ended up giving me a higher value component for the same price as the original that I had ordered. You don't find that level of service very often these days.

The system was everything it promised to be and more. Absolutely silent - if it weren't for the LED I'd be concerned it wasn't starting on boot up. There was a minor teething problem (a connection which worked loose in transit) but without any hesitation, the company collected the item, fixed it and returned it almost the length of the country within 4 working days, all under warranty at their expense.

The company really seems to value the personal touch. I felt that every aspect of my transaction was handled with care and attention and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality product.

QuietPC have the best service of all of the computer suppliers I have ever used. Because they specialise in niche products (quiet coolers and fans) you are not likely to be using them all of the time.

My aging and creaking PC became very noisy as the stock, installed fans started to wear out (6 years old but still perfectly usable). Their pre-sales advice is very knowledgeable and very prompt to reply to emails. A good thing too as their tech guy pointed out a couple of issues I hadn't considered and suggested some workarounds too.

I purchased two case fans and a new CPU cooler and delivery was next day as promised.

The case fans worked great but the cooler didn't seem to work. A quick phone call to QuietPC and their tech identified the problem immediastely. A RMA was raised and a new, replacement, cooler dispatched the same day. Again delivery was prompt next day and they took away the defective fan. The replacement worked perfectly. I even got a followup email to check that everything was working properly.

At last, a company that really is a joy to do business with.

Pre-sales in particular is outstanding - even when the item you're enquiring about is a £8 fan, you get a detailed and personal email discussing the most suitable product for you. Often they recommend a cheaper product than you suggest, and they explain why. They are a joy to purchase from.
