Ordered item yesterday but received email today saying payment had been refunded because item is not in stock. Better updates of stock availability on the website would mean I am not wasting my time. It annoys me that its just a case of 'we haven't got it so get lost'. Disappointing. No mention of receiving stock in the future or option of ordering it in for me. On the plus side they did inform of the situation promtly enough. Haven't checked my bank yet to see if I have been refunded straight away but email says I have.

I wanted to buy a Kyocera printer, but spending over £800 I was reluctant to buy online. However, I found the printkit website straight away and their price was by far the most competitive. I was able to call them and actually speak to someone about the printer before ordering which put my mind at ease. The guy on the phone was friendly and helpful, and I received the printer the next day. Couldn't ask for more!

Couldn ' t find the product on the Print Kit site so i called them up on their local rate number. The man on the end of the phone was very helpful and gave me a very good price on the toner i was looking for (Kyocera colour printer toner). Called just after lunch and they dispatched them the same day. Received the toner the next morning by courier. Will definitely buy from them again.

Ordered on the Monday afternoon and the multifunctional printer (Samsung SCX-6345N) was with me by the Tuesday morning. Came with a free extra toner and was by far the cheapest price I could find on the net. Thanks PrintKit
