I ordered 20 sheets of vinyl sticker paper doe my daughter. I live in upstate NY and because Photo Paper Direct's address on their web site is Connecticut, I assumed I would get the delivery quickly as they share a common borer with NY being in Connecticut, CT 06037

They also have a phone number of 518 etc and  518 is actually my area code.

But....they give a time-span between which to place calls and it is listed as Pacific time.

After the paper never arrived, 12 days after my initial order, I called the phone number....and to my surprise and ANGER, the BS company is actually located in England!

DO NOT buy anything from them.

Purchased A3+ Satin photo paper Buy one get one free. The print quality is pretty good. In their blurb they say after purchase get in touch for a printer profile if we have one for your machine, {which happens to be Epson 1400.} I emailed with a request for a profile for my machine if they had one, and if not could they let me know one way or the other. Three emails later, and one phone call in desperation, after being assured that they would get back in touch. This scenario started around Nov 10th. and is still unanswered Dec 10th. ALL I WANT FOR Christmas IS MY PRINTER PROFILE, MY PRINTER PROFILE, MY PRINTER PROFILE. ALL I WANT FOR Christmas IS MY PRINTER PROFILE. (Oh all right Easter will do.)

Did a couple of A3+ prints set up as Epson Premium semi gloss, Best photo, and colour control Epson vivid. This gave me an excellent result on a portrait and also an Architecture shot. Can't help feeling a profile would give me even better results though.

I bought some A4 Iron on transfer paper from them because it had some ok reviews and it was on offer, after using the product 3 times it did not work and everytime the transfers cracked and bled, (i did exactly the same with jpss paper and it worked perfectly). There website has a satisfactory guarantee on it and when i emailed them to try and sort the problem, each reply from customer services took days, then the guy who i was speaking to told me steps to take to make the print better ( I had already asked to return the product but he wasn't listening). I did the steps he told me with no more luck, still not washing right. Asked him to be able to return once more and he had the cheek to tell me to send him 2 sheets to there address along side a t-shirt they could print on to test the paper and make me a video like i was an idiot!? I will not be buying from this company again! and i recommend anyone to spend a couple more pounds to get a much better product from much better people. I have given up at this point and am just coping the loss :/

Great father's day gift. I purchased photo foam boards in A4 size with 5 photo papers in glossy finish. I am mounting the photo paper on the foam board and it is going to be father's gift this year using the grand children photos from our last holiday to the lake distric. The orer came quickly and the step by step video made the entire process easy. A bit disappointed that my order did not qulify for free delivery, but it wasnt too expensive at £1.49. Good purchase overall.

I initially came across this company on eBay and looking at their site I discovered a bigger range. Having just bought my first A3 printer (Epson WorkForce WF- 7515) and the guy at the shop suggested I try Ilford. The paper arrived the following day despite the site saying that free delivery takes between 2 to 3 days. I was tempted to use the next day service, likely I didn't. The photo paper is of fantastic quality and the price was the cheapest around. I just wish they had the same in glossy finish.

I ordered paper on 21 March and the web says next day delivery if ordered by 2 pm. It was after 2 pm but the sales person said they could still get it out for next day delivery. It didn't arrive the next day so I thought they must have just missed the boat so no real problem and I expected the paper to arrive on 25 March as 22nd was a Saturday. It is now 13 days since the order was placed and it shows as a awaiting shipment on their website. A couple of days ago I sent an email querying this and got a reply from Aron saying that he would look into it the next day when the warehouse re-opened. Now 2 days later and still heard nothing.

Paper quality is OK but don't use this company if you need anything urgently. In fact I would say don't use them at all if you want reasonable treatment and customer service

I was looking for a particular type of photo paper. I decided to have an online chat with Joseph. The exchange was rude, unfriendly, and disrespectful. This is a company that cares nothing for customer service.

Me: "Thanks. One last thing, can you guess what weight that paper I showed you is? 270g?"

Joseph: "how can I and why you care so much?"

Me: "Well, you're paper store, I figured you might have an idea I care because it's the type of paper I'm looking for"

Joseph: "Why dont you ask them?"

Joseph: "papers are coming in so many weights and finishes, we care to specify it clearly, we can't guess what other sites are doing"

Joseph: "You are welcome, see you again soon"

If this is the type of person you want to do business with, then good luck.

Bought sticker paper from the site, wanting to use it on my model train. If you buy this sticker with art work already printed, it will set you back a few hundred ponds, so I decided to try on my own. The process was very quick, all I did was create the art work on my computer and used the sticker paper (clear) to print the art work on. It sticks great to all my models and I still have plenty left. Best buy ever!

Bought the tattoo paper, follow all instructions and it BROKE MY PRINTER. came apart inside and im now unable to use it. all paper gets jammed. TERRIBLE customer service. rude. cocky, and unhelpfull...had to ask for manager who agreed to give me a refund if i take pictures of damage. then changed his mind and said i had to PRINT something he sent in an email, yes print with my broken printer. will never use again

Buying non branded t shirt transfer suitable for inkjet printing over the web can be quite daunting but sometimes you just have to trust the experts and go for it!This transfer paper is superb quality, they just need to sort out the delivery date estimate update and I will order some more.
