Fantastic Service
Long story short.
I bought a replacement charger for my laptop in Dec 2011. In March 2012 it just suddenly stopped working. Contacted the company who were back to me within hours to let me know that I should send it to them for testing, which I did (recorded delivery). They agreed that it was broken and a replacement was sent. Total time from me contacting them initially to getting a new charger in the post, 2 days.
Quality customer service in my book and will happily return to them again.
