PC Direct UK - customers should steer well clear of him and his shop in Stockport.

In late July 2021 he bought some memory from me on eBay for £20 and asked for it to be sent to his client directly. After only a few days he raised a claim on eBay that it hadn't been received, and with eBay's buyer protection programme they quickly decided that he should be refunded, which I immediately did. Something was off about this though, so I decided to write a letter to his client directly to find out if the memory was received. She confirmed it was, and not only that he had charged her £74.33 for the memory - quite a markup! So PC Direct UK made almost £100 out of this little transaction by overcharging his client and taking from me - I am still out of pocket both memory and money.

I have raised this with Action Fraud UK as well as Trading Standards, and there is an ongoing eBay case against him.

Please do not do business with PC Direct UK - best case is he will massively overcharge you.
