I am the owner of a Packard computer.Two days ago when a problem occured relating to the computer I contacted the company by telephone.After explaining the problem I was met with an air of total disinterest and abruptly told that as the computer is just under five years old,no help or advice could be given.It should not matter how old the computer is if the customer is seeking some help and advice.I shall be changing my computer in the near future.After this experience be assured I shall not be coming in the direction of Packard when I do this.This may be of no consequence to you but you should be looking to gain customers not lose them.
