Beware There Search Engine!!!
Used the search engine on the Oyyy web site to purchase a replacement toner cartridge for my Lexmark E360d printer. Typed in "Lexmark e360d toner cartridge" press go and.... up came the results. The first result was a 9000 page toner cartridge. Ordered and yes a very quick service BUT it was the wrong cartridge. There search engine had picked completely the wrong cartridge. Rang them to get the cartridge exchanged and point out the problem with there search engine and I swear I thought I got through to "Monty Pythons".
It was impossible to ex-plane to the manager what had happened,she went through the same process we had and got the same result (the wrong cartridge)but it was still ether my fault or Lexmark's fault that there web sites suggestion was wrong.
All I wanted was a replacement cartridge but no, I could send it back but they were unable to replace it with the correct one (which they had in stock).There system couldn't do a replacement. So, they get the cartridge back, they refund me and I buy from another company.
I wish I could speak to the owner or the GM, She had no understanding of the problem let-alone work out a solution.

Samsung 300e5a Dodgy Advert
I ordered a Sumsung 300E5A laptop with 750gb hard-drive on 23 Sep 2012. It arrived on 26 Sep but with 500gb installed. Sent email and was eventually told that their supplier had sent the wrong one. I emailed to ask how long it would take to supply the correct one and was asked to telephone "to arrange collection". I was expecting to be offered an exchange. When I telephoned to arrange, I was told they would only offer a refund. As it is a birthday gift, I didn't have time to start again with another supplier so accepted the 500gb version. Basically, they advertised 750gb for a 500gb product. An honest mistake?

I ordered a Samsung 60" plasma from Oyyy they were cheapest by a mile.
One week after installation the TV broke ( Not Oyyy's Fault) contacted them
yesterday 24/04 received replacement today 25th how's that for service.
I looked at some of the reviews before using this company and have to say
I cant fault their customer service, all the people I have spoken to could
not do more to help. I will be using them in future.

I ordered a Plasma TV, received confirmation of the order and was told when to expect delivery. The day I was meant to receive it, I received an email to say that the supplier did not have any of the TV's in stock, they didn't know when they would get any more, so they cancelled my ordered, just like that! I was so disappointed as I was really looking forward to setting up the TV. I felt the way it was handled was appalling, I will not use them again.

I Would Like To Strongly Warn Everyone .
Unfortunately I'm forced to write really poor feedback.I would like to strongly warn everyone .I never delt before with such unprofessional company. I bought Ausus 24inch monitor ,after few days received completely different item HP 23 inch .I rang them immediately to report. Lady on the OYYY customer care line promised that my Asus will be send and delivered at the collection day of the wrong HP monitor. At that point there was't any problem.Fully understand that this things can happen.BUT when courier collected wrong HP monitor,I rang them to confirm when I will get my ASUS. once again Lady on the phone assured that my Asus will be delivered same day. At the end of the day rang them once again ,and in that point i got info that there is no stock of the item originally bought by me. My money will be refunded immediately.next day there was still no refund from OYYY rang them once again and I have been told that need to wait till they will receive HP monitor-extra one more day.Full procedure took 10 days ,and at least 10 phone calls to 0870..... Lost a lot of time and additionally money to call them.Couldn't work at home almost two weeks because my old monitor broke down. spend two long days on waiting for the courier And on the top of that waiting for refund was so unacceptable.

Shocking Service
I ordered a GTX 580 graphics card from them on 8th November and paid via Paypal. I contacted them via the online chat the next to check everything was OK only to be told the card was out of stock. The money has left my current account via paypal. I was told they would refund me immdediately. It is now 11th November and I still have not been refunded. I would never buy from them again.

Customer Services With No People Skills
Their customer services were very put out that I could not answer my mobile while at work, and there in began an irritating experience with this company.
The hard drive I ordered arrived (only protected in the plastic courier bag and anti static bag, not padding or bubble wrap what so ever) and did not work.
Long story short I sent it back. A week later I emailed asking for an update and was told they'd refunded me as they had none in stock. There by ending any future business I plan to have with this company.

had ordered a printer from another e-commerce site who informed me after a week that they could not honour my order. i promptly did a search on a price comparison site and found Oyyy, who were not only cheaper but had the product in stock too. Went with the standard delivery (free) and it came the very next day!

Ordered printer & toner and paid extra for next day delivery. Had to phone them on an 0871 number because delivery did not arrive. Was told that there had been a pricing error on their website therefore they could not complete my order. Nobody had phoned me to let me know and the money had been taken from my credit card. They emailed me to promise a full refund (less the cost of my 0871 phone call). Will wait & see whether the refund arrives.

Purchased a scanner from oyyy.co.uk, when set up the software corrupted my computer. We sent this back for our money back and they refused to refund as the box was opened!! Then tell you to come and collect it!!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
