Exceptional OkobeCustom Service .

It was a very worrying time as the Western Digital UK technical help phone number provided, is unobtainable. After trying the world wide numbers suggested by Okobe Customer Service and the ones in the WD literature, I dispared. Only the USA answered and they refused to discus the problem as I was from the UK.

I decided WD equipment was not somthing I wanted to own. Okobe swiftly gave me a refund and I got out my trusty 3 year old Clickfree Wireless backup drive wich has an exceptional customer service team!

This printer is really good at it's job. Excellent for the home office, it 'does what it says on the tin'. Very good quality printing in colour and black. The speed is also very quick, as you would expect from HP. Build quality is also good. Well done HP.

Would have given 4.5 stars if possible.

Fantastic service all round only issue I have is the tracking in the account doesn't seem to be updated. Item was still processing when I received it. Other than that no complaints.

I bought 5 of SAS Drivers 2 of them dead on arrival

I was very happy with the items that I ordered. They were well packaged and received reasonably quickly using standard delivery in around 4 business days and the prices paid were the lowest I could find anywhere.

I received good communication via email about my order keeping me updated as to when the items had been readied for despatch and then again when they had been sent.

In all, I would certainly recommend and would use again in future.

I needed a good but cheap set of headphones with mike for Skype & videos. These are excellent value & arrived the next day. Delighted!

I ordered a new printer on the Thursday and chose standard delivery, it arrived the next day. The website was clear and easy to understand, will definitely use them again.

I bought an Acer laptop and the agent could not have been more helpful on the phone. Despite not completing my order until after the 4:30pm deadline my laptop arrived at 9:30am the following morning. Amazing !
