I didn't have any trouble with this site at all. It was easy to navigate, and making a purchase was quick and painless. There were no issues with my package arriving on time, and I got exactly what I expected. The only complaint I can make is the pricing for a thin client I needed to order more of changed by about $100 in the space of a week. However, it was still a better deal than I could find anywhere else.

Initial communication was fast; after I bought the unit, I was updated about delivery which came in time. The unit was well packaged and in good conditions. Everything is working OK.

I'm a 20+ year computing professional and have worked with lots of vendors. Some are really good, some not. The folks at NautilusNet are at the top of my list. I've been buying used hardware from them for around 10 years now and don't have a single complaint. If something is broken, they replace it immediately. They bend over backwards to give you whatever support they can and they know their stuff well. They deal primarily with IBM and HP hardware. That being said, I routinely buy hard drives for my Dell boxes from them, no problem. If you live in and around the Seattle area they are located in Ballard at the intersection of 8th and Market. The one thing I haven't done is have them ship anything. Considering how well they do with everything else.. What more can I say, you won't do better than these guys.
