Just found all your comments! This is totally true, MY DV ARE FRUADS NEVER EVER USE !!! I order a PSP from My DV a few years ago for my bf, I was a student at the time and this was all the money I had , I didnt recieve the item , refund, called many times, when i new this was a frued i reported them to the police - still no refund - If the company see's me report which i hope they do "YOURS DISGUSTING HOW YOU HAVE TREATED PEOPLE D*CK HEADS!!

People like this should not be allowed a business i wouldn't mind but i made my order in the begginnig of november so there are no exscuses.

I do not know what to say about My DV other than I was lucky to get my PSP!

I had ordered it in September 2005, but I got it after 2 or 3 weeks!!!

If I had cancelled it when I finally got hold of customer service, I might not have credited back the full amount!!!

I got my PSP, and I have not got any problems, but it was a Japanese version with a Japanese manual!!!

A load of rubbish, do not touch My DV.I ordered a PSP for my son it arrived, we never opened it because we had cancelled the item, after 5 months still waiting for them to collect and refund. Did open it last week, and the screen has a line right across it, much as I expected.

Guys - thought I'd just drop a note to say. I also had a product not delivered by MY DV around Xmas, and was also overcharged when it was converted to £s from $s. It turns out it was not a reputable company and it was forced to close down in January. Someone has written a complete website about how to get your money back. Order PSP Last November for Xmas delivery, My DV took more money than was shown on my invoice, said they would give me a refund, but they didn't. I asked for a full refund as my PSP didn't arrive, and they said yes, no problem after offering me a further discount. Until this day I have still not received my refund! Do not order from this site.

I ordered 2 PSP's from My DV on November 30th (money was instantly taken from my credit card) and I was guaranteed a Christmas delivery.

I spoke to customer services, both by phone and by live chat, and each time I was advised the goods would ship the next day.

Eventually I received the goods on 15th January. Neither of them are compliant with a UK power supply (I believe them to have been bought on the Japanese market then shipped from the US). One is already destroyed due to the power supply (even after purchasing a converter). There is no contact number available anymore to make contact for service or a refund.

BE VERY WARY OF BUYING FROM THEM !!!!!

My DV do not tell you the prices are not correct - they charge in dollars so more money comes out of your acct. I purchased a PSP in Nov 2005 at a cost of 169.00 they took 183.00 from my bank account.

The PSP arrived for Japanese sale only, the instructions written in Japanese. I sent this back and am still waiting for a refund. My bank is looking into debit card dispute to try and get the money back.

The General Attorney has stopped them trading and it is going through their courts as it seen to be fraudulent.

I advise anyone not to order and if already done so, contact your credit card or Visa card Company,

I ordered a £319 Canon G6 from mydv on 8th December, it still hasnt arrived. The money taken from my account was £328 for the US dollar conversion. The London telephone number diverts to the USA and the domain registrar is also based in America! I have sent them lots of emails

I purchased a PSP on 16th November from My Dv.co.uk. It is now March and I still have not received anything from them. I have sent hundreds of emails without any reply and am so disappointed.
