I run a hotel in central London, This is the first time we have purchased PCs from Modxpc Ltd, one of my colleague referred the contact and I strongly recommend to other friends.

At first I was not sure about Modxpc, Contacted them via Email and described what I am after – One of the member came back to me straight away with few options and suggestion, later I spoke to him – good thing about them is they know what they are talking about. Their pricing is decent and competitive so I went for it. I got the PCs delivered in time as promised – it was very simple and straightforward to deal. For sure I will be in touch with them for our further requirements.

Overall I felt the service is pretty good and genuine – for sure they deserve a *****Star.

I discovered MODXPC through their facebook page whilst browsing through techy pages, in the hope to find an undiscovered 'hidden gem' of a company which could offer bargain prices, quality products/services and a friendly voice with whom to ask advice. (Something I find difficult to do with larger retailers, where you get passed from pillar to post with any queries) I most definitely found that and them some! with MODXPC.

Their facebook page was of instant interest to me and prompted a visit to their website where I discovered an impressive array of products on sale at very competitive prices - they even offer a repair and remote support service!

Not only that, but they even had a competition running on their facebook page, worth a shot I thought! The company looks very professional and legitimate so the prize is hopefully not a scam (unlike so many other facebook giveaways I have seen!) so I entered. Low and behold some time later I find a message in my inbox informing me I had won the Ipad Mini!!

They took my details and kept me thoroughly informed what was happening and when it would arrive. They answered my questions immediately via facebook and were so helpful in instructing me when delivery would be (so I could ensure I was in.) The Ipad arrived today - they had even gift wrapped it for me in a gorgeous box - the presentation was beautiful, that personal touch really made an impression - It struck me as another reflection of how they genuinely appreciate their customers and take the time to go out their way and make things a bit more special and personable.

Not only that, after I explained the Ipad was to be an Xmas pressie for my eldest son (he has been on at me for months, I had been trying to persuade him to lower expectations - an Ipad Mini was unlikely to be offered on Santas tight budget. How chuffed is he going to be now!!!) they went even further by offering me the opportunity to check back nearer Christmas when they have further stock and choose a little something from their cartoon selection for the Ipad! Such a generous and kind gesture!

I know as a competition winner I am bound to say good things - but genuinely, I would not go out my way to praise/review any company unless I really felt they were outstanding in what they offer and the care and attention they bestow upon their customers, which is important to me. I would recommend anyone to visit them, check the webpage out, like the facebook page and have a good browse. This is one of the most approachable companies I have had the pleasure to deal with, any techy/computer based questions/queries I may have in the future - I would, without doubt, contact these guys first! The response is immediate and the attitude is second to none. A pleasure to deal with.

First time buying from modxpc and defintely not the last. Spoke to an advisor on the live chat who helped me so much to buy my hubbys birthday gift along with a great sense of humor :) hubby was so happy with the gift and will be purchasing a ipad case soon! very easy company to get in touch with & the tablet arrived on time! Result!

I thought I would take the time to write this review because modxpc have helped me find the right tablet which I've bought for my wife, decided to do most of my Christmas shopping early! Anyway. It was one of the best prices I could find and love the online chat, the people on there have a sense of humour which was different and made me feel at ease. I've now found my new computer supplier :) thanks guys!

I am so glad i found this shop! After scouring the internet for my pretty rare graphics card i managed to find it on MODXPC. The website its self is well organised with categories and sub categories. There is an online chat function wherever you are on the website where you can talk to one of their agents live. They will provide you with any information you need instantly. Delivery was amazingly quick (there are a few options). i opted for next day delivery. Ordered the product at 15:30 on Wednesday and it had arrived at my door at 11:00 the next day! Agents Also provide you with tracking emails so you know when your product is out for delivery. Overall an amazing site. If you value good customer service and value for money use this site.
